The guesthouse is a bit further away from the train station, but the walk through the neighborhood to the station was very nice especially during spring.

Very lovely guesthouse! We really enjoyed our stay here. We love the Japanese room. (The futons were very comfortable.) The shared dining / living room was also very charming with old Japanese house feel. The shared bathroom and toilets were also very clean. The staffs were very friendly. We love all the little turtle decorations and also the selection of complimentary teas available.

The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in but it was absolutely fine.

Amazing guest house!! So friendly, it was the best stay on my trip so far. The staff is super kind and welcoming, the house is a beautiful old Japanese house and the beach is just down the street. What more could you ask for?

Only one shower ,it was not an issue as everyone was efficient and quick.No line .

The location was off the beaten tourist track near the ocean, easy bus ride.A few restaurants a short walk are available. The building is historic with much character ,the decor is unique and creative . We had a traditional room with the garden view which was lovely especially as there was a heavy rain and we felt so cozy inside.The futon ,linens and pillow were comfortable. A community area with access to hot water for tea /coffee and a fridge to use.

It is a very nice Guest House. A typical japanese house with typical japanese rooms. Everything was nice and we meet a lot of people frim all over the world. Thanks from Germany

Owner is a elder backpacker, so they know what voyager need. The staff also very nice, my shoes are broken when i arrived, they show me where to repair patiently.it's very nice to charting with people in the hostel. The building is a traditional old house, Furnishings have a good taste, let you feel at home. Also very clean palce.

Loved our stay at this guest house. Great staff, delicious breakfast and room was very comfortable.

The location was a little far from the train station (about 20 minutes) and only being two bathrooms for many people felt a little lacking at times.

Breakfast was great with the pumpkin or something similar soup being particularly delicious. The staff rented out a bike to me for the day and were very kind in any request made.

A little bit too far from convenience stores (but close to the beach), there is a curfew which could be inconvenient, no air conditioning in the common area

A very cool traditional Japanese house with a cool interior, very nice staff, free coffee and tea, good wi-fi, definitely one of the coolest hostels I've stayed in!
