Very cheap compared to other hotels in the area, could leave my luggage on the reception. The rooms were decently sized, much better than a capsule. It had a small locker, a night stand, a full body mirror and enough space to change not having to be above the bed. The toiletries available also impressed me ans everything was clean.

I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was. I was able to leave my luggage and use the internet while waiting for check in with zero issues, and they have a pleasant and spacious lobby area where you can lounge. The rooms are cozy, and the bathroom area had an assortment of different shampoo options plus many extra amenities I was not expecting. I was especially surprised at the pillow options! As someone that has a sore neck quite easily, this was a very cool feature.

My room was very close to the bathroom/ shower so I was woken up early by people blow drying their hair and walking around.

I liked how close it was to the monorail - 1 stop from Naha airport. Clean ammenities- good shower pressure, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Big enough room.

Huge common area that is very relaxing. With free coffee and water! Shared bathrooms and toilets are very big and clean as well. Overall cleanliness is very good! And super friendly helpful staff.

You don't get a room but a storage locker with a bed. The bed is actually not bad. It's pretty comfortable. You can't eat in the room and the guy snoring loudly near me was perfectly audible. There are all kinds of misfits staying there so some may talk to you if you enjoy that sort of thing. I don't mind it too much.

The staff at this place are unbelievable. You can stay at a far nicer hotel and you won't be treated this well. The two ladies that checked me in were so adorable and lovely and hard working as well. If you had a question they would do everything in their power to answer it. The morning I checked out, the ladies there seemed also friendly and hard working but yeah, the one Tabesu (I think was her name. The name tags are very small) was like the cutest thing. She was like a fairy tale pixie with all of these gentle voice and mannerisms. The other lady was very lovely as well. She was running around the hotel getting things done and training a guy at the same time. It was surreal.

Sounds from upstairs/in the ceiling directly above, plus the sliding door nearby, made for a bit of noise. But the space was so comfortable I fell asleep fast.

The staff were so kind. The rooms and shared spaces were all very clean and a great value for money. The bathrooms and powder rooms were extremely well stocked and had a vast selection of hair products.
