Bedroom window has a Japanese style covering that opens and closes but it doesn’t keep out the morning light.

The Japanese style room was incredibly comfortable and perfectly situated in the heart of Narita. This property added to the authentic experience of Narita. I would stay here again.

I got charged extra to check in early even though the room was ready

The shared bath was lovely, they were able to do a delicious vegetarian breakfast, and the room was huge and comfortable!

Only tiny things. I couldn’t really see to do my make up as the mirror was in the dark. Also very flash hair dryer but it was quite slow. We loved our stay thank you.

The public bath closes between 9am and 3pm. If you are at the hotel just for 1 night because of its proximity to the airport it doesn't give you enough time to enjoy the facility. I would also suggest to add pillow options. We had two of the same kind with synthetic filling. For the price of the room I would have enjoyed a traditional half buckwheat filler, which is better for the neck and spine option

It was an easy walk from the train station and right next door to the temple.

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. The hotel is new and very well maintained and offers a private spa which is very nice! Additionally, the bed was comfy and I had a very good night's sleep!

Dinner was a gourmet exploration of delicious dishes, breakfast was also a gourmet treat. The hotel's close proximity to the Narita Airport is an additional plus, taxi fare was 4800 yen.

Everything was amazing! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was plentiful (mostly Japanese breakfast), the bed was firm but comfy, and the location was good. I didn't have time to use the onsen but they have one of course, and are separated by genders. They also have a shuttle to get you to and from the train station and as always, they are very punctual!!

The mattress and pillows were firm, which is very very standard in Asian countries. As a westerner I wished for a more cushiony mattress and pillow, but my boyfriend (Korean) was very happy with his mattress. I probably could have called down to concierge to ask for a softer pillow but I didn’t see it as a huge problem.

We loved our short stay. We had missed our last flight from Narita and needed to find a place to stay quickly. We were hoping to stay at a more luxurious hotel to unwind at after our long day of flying 16 hours. This hotel was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Super clean room, beautiful design, exceptional service, and even a complimentary mini bar. The location was perfect, quiet, and a short (and pretty) walk to restaurants open late. The service was absolutely exceptional. From the second we were dropped off, to the moment we drove away. We’ll be staying here if we ever need another place to stay near Narita (15 min away).

Loved everything about the place!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had so far in Japan. The room was absolutely stunning, the bed super comfortable, the bath and shower really spacious and clean. The onset was great, lots of great amenities. Staff was absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful. Area was superb. Lots of great shops around plus close walking distance to the temple.
