The first picture on the advert looks to be the lobby. It is not, it’s the restaurant next door. Also, don’t trust the address on booking.com. Go onto Google and actually search it as it’s a lot closer to the metro that we thought

The staff are very friendly. Don’t get lost. The address on booking.com is incorrect so make sure you search it first. The bedroom was excellent. We had a sofa and a 2 singles pushed together. They were soooo soft AND double pillows. The shower room was huge too and there was a handy sink in the bedroom. It’s on the financial sector so you’ll want to plan where you go for dinner but, there is a restaurant next door which is nice

Would be good to indicate the train station Exit number on your website. Also the bed is a bit softer than usual.

The room layout is perfect and the shower area is the best I have come across. The hotel interior design is simple yet classy.

The affiliated café breakfast selection is quite limited and none of the available choices are the traditional Japanese breakfast. The drying machine has limited capability and forced us to hang our clothes in the room to let them dry overnight. The main picture in the Booking page, with the tables and the plants shows the café.

Nice comfortable hotel in a very quiet residential area near two main Metro lines and train stations that make Osaka main tourist areas, the airport and other main cities very easy to reach. The building is modern and the room size is above average Japanese standard. The hotel provide very convenient services like: laundry room (8th floor), coin exchange machine and coffee machine (lobby), and an affiliated café right next to the hotel.

This place is exceptional. This hotel treats you better than 5-star hotels. We had a fantastic stay and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel was very, very clean. The spa was delightful! The staff was tremendous and treated us wonderfully. The location is excellent, and the metro station is close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this.

We booked two rooms, and room 907 faced a billboard. I recommend better curtains that totally block the outside lights to have similar sleeping experience like on the side where room 912 is.

I rarely give 10/10 but I think that the location had it all and it is hard to find negatives unless you are really picky. Highlights: Reception staff accommodated all our requests, free coffee downstairs, cheap option to wash clothes (I see people complaining that only two washers are available but I think that is great that the hotel offers this option but you can also try to find a location somewhere in the city like most hotels in the world tend to do or just pay for dry cleaning....), the bed was very comfortable, very close to two metro lines that takes you to Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka stations, yes breakfast is expensive but you are surrounded by a variety of options if you want cheaper options, including the supermarkets and last but not least, it offers good value for money.

The hotel has an excellent location, with convenient access to both Umeda and Namba via the metro. There is a metro entrance practically right in front of the hotel, along with a Lawson convenience store. The room was exceptionally clean, and we opted for the Hollywood Twin Room, which happened to be the largest room we had during our entire trip through Japan. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I don't recommend is the breakfast - it is not worth the money. Just 100 meters from the hotel there is a French bakery with excellent and better choices for fraction of the price of the hotel's breakfast.

This is the best hotel we have been in Japan and the price is very reasonable. The location is excellent - 3 stops from Namba where everything happens, walking distance from Osaka Station. Two different subway stations in 5 min. walk. Clean nice urban area. The rooms are big for Japan standard, excellent amenities (safe box, coffee and tea etc.).The hotel has coin laundry and even smoking room). The free coffee machine in the lobby makes excellent cofee, espresso, latte, coco... There is a exchange machine too and the rate, although not ideal was not too bad either. Last, but not least - personnel was simply amazing and will go out of their way to help. My wife had health problem on Sunday (of course - Murphy's law :-) and they started calling arround and found open urgent care nearby. Can't tank them enough! So, strongly recommended!

Nothing excellent location.

Awesome location, amazing staff. The bed was the comfiest out of any bed we slept on, during our stay in Japan. Really easy to navigate to the train station.
