Not that we didn't like it, the wash basin was in the room outside of the bathroom. Not a problem once you got used to it, but it was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel staff were helpful and spoke english (my Japanese is terrible). The room was a good size, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I loved the shower we had, a good size with a rainfall shower head. The rooms were very quiet and had good aircon, necessary in the hot weather we were experiencing. The attached restaurant was also good, though had a more western menu. The breakfasts were reasonably priced but had limited options on the menu. What they did have were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and warmly greeted us. In the lobby is a free coffee machine that makes a pretty decent coffee. Acoss the road is a Lawsons which is vey convenient, however it has a smoking room inside the store that doesn't work very well. The store has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We mostly took taxis to our tours. We used the GO app which is easy to use and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

- Little variety for breakfast (a fixed menu of 5 dishes, same every day) - In general the room cleaning service was good; however, one time it felt rushed (trash bags were not thrown out; complimentary water bottles were placed on our electronics instead of available flat surfaces)

- Amazing location (next to two metro stations) making travel in and around Osaka very simple - Spacious room, we did not have any issues managing space with two large suitcases - Simple but tasty breakfast

The Japan sun is extremely bright and shines early. A better solar blocking shade for the windows would help keep the room darker in the mornings.

Our stay at Hotel Cordia Osaka was wonderful. From the day we arrived, we were promptly greeted and checked in by the friendly staff. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and had all the amenities one would need. We booked a Hollywood Twin Room and it had plenty of space for us and all of our luggage. The location of this hotel is in the central Osaka area. This made it easy to access transportation and provided plenty of restaurants in the area. For the price, we could not have asked for more. The hotel has an attached restaurant where we ate breakfast every morning. They have a menu with five dishes that they serve, plus you can grab cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and drinks from the bar. My wife and I tried four out of the five dishes and they were all tasty. The portions were enough to satisfy you without making you feel lethargic. Overall, this has been one of the best international hotel experiences we've had. If we ever find ourselves back in the Osaka area, we will definitely consider this hotel again.

The first picture on the advert looks to be the lobby. It is not, it’s the restaurant next door. Also, don’t trust the address on booking.com. Go onto Google and actually search it as it’s a lot closer to the metro that we thought

The staff are very friendly. Don’t get lost. The address on booking.com is incorrect so make sure you search it first. The bedroom was excellent. We had a sofa and a 2 singles pushed together. They were soooo soft AND double pillows. The shower room was huge too and there was a handy sink in the bedroom. It’s on the financial sector so you’ll want to plan where you go for dinner but, there is a restaurant next door which is nice

Would be good to indicate the train station Exit number on your website. Also the bed is a bit softer than usual.

The room layout is perfect and the shower area is the best I have come across. The hotel interior design is simple yet classy.

The affiliated café breakfast selection is quite limited and none of the available choices are the traditional Japanese breakfast. The drying machine has limited capability and forced us to hang our clothes in the room to let them dry overnight. The main picture in the Booking page, with the tables and the plants shows the café.

Nice comfortable hotel in a very quiet residential area near two main Metro lines and train stations that make Osaka main tourist areas, the airport and other main cities very easy to reach. The building is modern and the room size is above average Japanese standard. The hotel provide very convenient services like: laundry room (8th floor), coin exchange machine and coffee machine (lobby), and an affiliated café right next to the hotel.

This place is exceptional. This hotel treats you better than 5-star hotels. We had a fantastic stay and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel was very, very clean. The spa was delightful! The staff was tremendous and treated us wonderfully. The location is excellent, and the metro station is close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this.
