The location is awesome. It’s literally next to the metro. The bed is so comfortable I had great sleep on it. The hotel also provides free bottled water which is not the case in other hotels.

I think that the only thing I "disliked" was the lack of hot food choices for breakfast. I guess it is because I find it unusual to have a hotdog for breakfast.

I LOVED the whole place! The room was huge, the beds were like clouds, the food was tasty, and the hotel was close to two different subway lines.

The room was spacious and clean. The wifi was good. Room interior was modern as well. The bed was really nice and comfortable. The lighting in the room really modern, even the intensity was adjustable. The location was really good, it's near 2 Osaka Lines, so it's easy to get to anywhere. It's also near convinient store and some of ramen and izakaya that's open until night. The staff was really friendly and helpful when we checked in and checked out. We were able to store our luggages after check out for free. It was really valuable stay. Free coffee machine and amenities at the lobby.

The sofa bed wasn’t made up for us on arrival. However the required bedding was there so we just did it ourselves.

The shower and in room facilities were great for our night stay in Osaka. Close to train line.

The hotel is very close to a flyover, so there is a bit of background traffic noise, but the double-glazing works well - it didn't stop us sleeping.

Room was quite spacious, nice to have the sofa as well as the beds. Breakfast was good even if choices were a bit limited. Location was convenient for getting around Osaka, including to Shin-Osaka.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free Wifi was quite good! Shower was great, and the extra door helps quieten the noise. 8th Floor had access to many great facilities such as an ice machine, microwave and laundry machines. Even small details such as a small ramp at the front entrance to help with luggage bags was appreciated!

Good size room by Japanese standards. Extra touches like bathrobes, bottled water, safe, slippers - everything you might need.

The only complaint was that there was no lighting at the bed- like a reading lamp or even overhead lights at the head of the bed. Had to sit at the desk to read something as the lighting at that end of the room was non-existent.

The room was reasonably large with the sink in the room area and a separate toilet and shower area. The room had outlets both sides of the bed- not typical in Japan. There was a closet/clothes hanging area (also not typical). There was a laundry on an upper floor that was great- wash price included automatic soap and locked with an access code similar to a room safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was coffee available in the lobby anytime. There were two train stations just a short walk away that made accessing the city quite easy. The trip in from the JR station was easy. There were a few nice restaurants in the area although maybe higher priced than you might pay elsewhere in the city.

Not too far from Midosuji Line, right at the exit of Yotsubashi Line. Convenience shops nearby. Price is affordable, but everything provided were top notch. The shower, shampoo, toilet all were the best maximum comfort. The pyjamas were nice. The best of the best was the bedding. The duvet is thick and so so soft you just sink into this soft cloud. Charging port available at the bedhead. Overall design is compact and practical. The free coffee and hot cocoa from the machine at lobby tasted the best compared to other hotels. Room facing highway but its so quiet you heard nothing. You wont know there is a highway if u dont open the window and see.

Nothing really. Everything we needed were available and provided for.

Decent room size by Japanese hotels' standard (22 sqm). Relatively quiet location with a covenience store just across the street (Lawson) and two subway stations nearby. Just about 250 meters from Midosuji St. and with several dining options nearby. The room is also cleaned everyday and cannot ask for more in terms of cleanliness.
