This hotel was amazing. No complaints!

We didn't want to stay in a busy touristy area, and decided to give Hotel Minato a try. What a great decision! Our room (the junior suite) was INCREDIBLE -- clean, comfortable, and amenities like we've never experienced before. Daily breakfast was delicious, on time, and included in our rate. But best of all was the staff who was unfailingly kind and accommodating to us on our first Japan trip. We especially appreciated Satsuki and her lovely and kind service, attention to details, and sweet notes and origami that we'd find in our room after a long day of seeing the city. Already decided that we'll stay here again when we return to Tokyo!

I loved everything about the stay. English at the hotel is a little difficult but staff was patient and tried their best to help me and there wasn’t one time we didn’t figure it out. The bed is not a type of mattress I’m used to but it was still surprisingly comfortable

Few and limited windows. No way to see outside, but I think it is the purpose of this hotel : discretion and quietness. Once you are in your room, the world is yours :) Not so close from Shibuya.

This hotel and the room are amazing! I should have stayed longer but I could not (thanks to the hotel and their understanding), I will come back another time, for sure. The room is between traditional and futurist styles. The entrance (leave your shoes here), the doors are old ways style and very nice. The bathroom has a real sauna and hammam, tv in the bath, and every little stuff aside are very appreciable. The bed is very big and confy, so is the couch, the tv is enormous, there are karaoke stuff, bluetooth connection to the room, ambiance lights to configure as you want, and so many details and little stuff, I appreciated, I cannot list them all. Special thanks to Sayaka who speaks french, and quite good! I love and will keep the helpful and nice postcard you left to me at the door regarding my request, I was moved by it, thank you so much / MERCI BEAUCOUP <3

Very clean, very quiet. The King room is fabulous with a private outdoor onsen on the roof. The room is very large, bathroom space includes a sauna which helps recoveribg from the cold outside. Breakfast is very traditional and flavorful. Staff is amazing.

Everything. The hotel is centrally located in Roppongi and walking distance to the subway and tons of restaurants and bars. The entry is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (English friendly!!) and my room was superb. Make sure you book breakfast, every option is fantastic and delivered on the dot to when you ask. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very firm, but that’s how I like it. The bath and sauna were used daily and were clean. They give you bath salts and scents. It’s fantastic.

Amazing hotel to stay at, the entire experience has been carefully thought out by the owners and staff to ensure customers have a brilliant time at Hotel Minato. The rooms were spectacularly clean and spacious, fully or perhaps exceedingly equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi, a generous amount of bottles of water, a karaoke set, different types of skincare samples for one to try, Refa hair care electrical tools (and I mean brush, straightener, curling tongs and hairdryer - the whole array), smart tv that streams Netflix with no lag, and a full bluetooth surround system with speakers around the room, lots of USB and power sockets, dimming lights for ambience setting, and a makeup table and mirror outside the toilet. Beds and sofa were large and comfortable while the AC functioned well and was silent. I loved the breakfasts sent up in the morning and the service staff were brilliant, I came too early and they didn't have the room ready, I was lounging at the reception area for a bit and they brought out iced tea and snacks for me, excellent customer service. The location of hotel isn't as far from a subway station as google made it out, lots of great eateries and shopping within walking distance (highly recommend the restaurant/bar 2mins walk down for a late beer and skewers). Japan hotels are often dated and old and Hotel Minato is the best and most modern hotel I've stayed in all of Japan. Highly recommend!

Nothing. It delivers on every level.

This beautiful bespoke hotel is in the Minato ward and accessible via taxi to all areas of Tokyo city. A 30 minute commute from the airport. The staff are exceptionally gracious and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are above expectations and cleanliness is paramount. We will be returning and making this our stay point for future business trips.

Nice room, breakfast delivered to you in morning. Sauna. Everything you need in a city the basics but luxury feels.
