The room is a bit small for 2 people and located on top of a short slope.

I seldom write reviews but I had to compliment the service I received. I stayed here on our first night of our bike tour around Okinawa and the final 2 days after completing the tour. The staff was very helpful that they helped to store our 2 large bike luggages when we first checkout. It was raining on our checkout day and the staff was kind to give us two umbrellas for our walk to the monorail stations.

Restaurants disappointed. Most were not open. Restaurant could not handle food allergies.

Aircon in room wasn't able to be adjusted to a comfortable temperature, it was very cold even at 27 deg, and I ended up with a chill. The staff had looked at it, but I think it required a technician. Very limited foods for breakfast for people with Gluten (wheat, barley and rye) allergy. Suggestion - Breakfast labels to be catered for people with allergies in Japanese and English

Comfortable beds, everything needed in room was provided. Very close to main town and buses etc. and short taxi ride to airport. Breakfast was substantial for people without allergies.

With the exception of the Nepalese staff the rest were not as friendly. When I told one staff member that I needed a page printed as I had lost my passport. An extreme emergency sine I had a flight scheduled the next day. At first they were refusing to help until I threatened to write to Grand Consort HQ. I did not find the wonderful Japanese hospitality there!’ Specially some of the female staff seemed somewhat cold based on Japanese hospitality that I had eco elsewhere.

Bathroom was excellent, very spacious with shower and tub. A big plus was the 2 pillows per person! Very friendly staff, and walking distance to Naha's main street with bars, restaurants and shopping

This is a nice hotel that is less than 5 minutes walk away from the tram station. The hotel is small but it has everything that you need. Not much parking space, as can be expected from a hotel in town area of Japan. If you are intending to rent a car, do note that their multi-storey car park has a height restriction, so larger cars like Voxy would not be able to park. In summary, loved the stay. It is good value.

The breakfast is very limited compared to other hotels of the same price point. The breakfast item signs were also only in Japanese which seems strange for a hotel that obviously will have international guests.

The family room with conjoined rooms was comfortable and clean for four adults. The rooms were a bit small, but expected for Japan. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, and several spoke good English. Location is good, near the Prefectural Office rail station and Kokusai-dori.

Nothing. The entire stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely attentive & helpful. Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable & the room was very clean & enjoyable. We would absolutely visit again!

Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed each morning of our stay. Cocktail hour was also very nice. We wish that we had taken advantage of this amenity each day, but regrettably only made it on one day of our stay.

The location is perfect, very near the monorail from the airport and very close to the main street. Comfortable, very clean rooms. If you need space, book a twin room as the double room is tight for westerners. Choice of both western and Japanese breakfasts.. Self serve laundry facilities available.
