The room felt a bit old, but it was clean, so that was okay. As far as I remember, they didn't provide complimentary bottled water.

I loved the hotel's location in Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous restaurants and conveniently close to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market, which I really enjoyed. The room size was comfortable for a couple, and I appreciated that the toiletries and coffee were unlimited.

Location is definitely the best, literally in the heart of Dotonburi and short walking distances everywhere. Not to mention the food choices and availability just under the hotel. Definitely one of the highest recommendations for staying in Osaka.

Only set back is vehicles are not allowed to the house tel and you have to push or carry luggages for approximately 150 m from the main road.

The location which was in Dotonbori so food isn't a problem,good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff. The disadvantage is cars cannot drop you off at the front of the hotel need to walk a little bit, but not too far from main street

Internet coverage was poor sometimes.

The location of this hotel is EVERYTHING! Literally on the famous Dotonbori street! The view is fantastic, and when you exit the hotel, you are in the heart of the restaurants and shops of the area. Just a few minutes away from the famous Glico man and right next to the huge Don Quijote Dotonbori shop with the famous yellow ferry wheel! The room was clean and the space was okay, keeping in mind that most hotel rooms in Japan big cities are tiny.

Bad location for finding taxi. Vehicle can not approch the hotel, You need to walk to the street (not too far but if you got a lot of stuff it will be inconvinece)

Overall, amazing! I would stay again, except for improvement maybe they are better off putting bunk beds for the triple room if 3 adults and 3 kids can fit but if their design wouldn’t allow for it then i guess it can’t be helped. If I remember correctly they had a vending machine at the laundry area but didn’t have cola so had to go to Family Mart to get some, no big deal though!

Located at the heart of Dotonburi, surrounded by lots of food options and shopping, Family Mart right across as well, super convenient. From memory theirs was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had as well while in Japan, definitely recommend their breakfast!
