Rooms are extremely small. The air in the room felt strange since air-circulation was done via air-conditioner (Eakon), windows were locked. There was a humidifier available, though.

Decided to book this hotel because a) close to the Shinkansen station Shin-Yokohama and b) offered a late check-in. Even though they had an event where they normally wouldn't keep luggage after check-out, they agreed to take mine in for a few hours. Also I haven't used it in the end anyway BUT they remembered and asked about it, which I appreciated. Interieur was very modern, very new. Fridge and water cooking pot were available in the room.

kinda far from metro if you have to lug suitcases/bags across the city, nothing terrible but 10 min walk is still a 10 min walk, under 5 is better if you have luggage.

right next door to a fresh burger and the shin yokohama ramen museum. family mart, 7 eleven, japan post and drug store all within walking distance. on the plus side, shin yokohama is a bullet train stop - shinkansen train

When we arrived all we saw was clean, until we saw what's under the bed. I think the problem is not the hotel, but the staff that cleans after a guest checks-out. Under the bed, there were a lot of dust (not vacuumed), chopsticks, pet bottle cover, used mask, etc.. I think the Supervisor should check how their cleaners do their job.

I had to wait a long time to get a receipt. I booked a 'smoking room' because it was cheap. However, it was a mistake because it smelt very stale and made me sneeze a lot. I recommend you don't book a 'smoking room' unless you are a smoker.

The room was filthy dust on the window and on the rug. It was truly filthy. Told the front desk but he didn’t do anything. Review on this place was all lies. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Totally GROSS

The room was very dirty and we found a cockroach in our room. The toilet was also leaking water with every flush.

the room is very small, it is great for one person only, and doesn’t has much space for you put your belongings also, it was dusty, dirty, the carpet under the bed was very dusty, it seems that they never vacuum there. the bathroom curtain was also black mold. The humidifier machine that I have not used, it was with the filter dirty, completely dusty. The window at the room doesn’t open.

i found the staffs friendly and the location very good too. close to the subway station, the room was quiet to sleep, on the second floor there is a laundry service which is very convenient.

the price was falsely advertised. I had to pay 40% more. there may have been a clause somewhere, explaining who qualifies the discount but it was definitely Not clearly stated and it was very misleading.

I love the location and the hotel is really nice and clean. Right next to the Ramen Museum too!!! 6 mins walk to the Shinkansen Station.

Hygiene was poor - room was dusty. Corridor and room smelt strongly with tobaccos. To hide it, there was a deodrant thing, but it appeared not being looked after for a long time and completely dried out and covered by dust. Bathtub was clean initially but never cleaned over my 5-nights stay. Towards the end of my stay, the hotel implemented a new policy not to clean rooms with <6 nights stay and a cleaning costs 1000 JPY. Not all but some staff was blunt and spoke forcefully. The hotel was not keen to shorten the stay and needed >2 days till it get accepted.

Location was good, very near from the JR as well as subway station.

I wanted to give this hotel a 2nd chance, but unfortunately I still had to ask to change my room due to the floor and the room smelling like an ashtray (it was a non-smoking room). for some reason toiletries are inconsistent between rooms. finally the bed was not comfortable at all and I seriously question the quality and cleanliness of it.
