Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanParking tower is busy, need to wait 5~10 mins to park or take the car and need extra charge.
Breakfast is the best part of our stay, plenty of flavors and choice can eat. Room is not big but still enough for us. Location is really great, only 5 mins walk to Kokusai-dori and find foods or shopping. Pool is also good with a hot tub beside. My kids have very good time during this stay.

Lovely rooms and pool (albeit the time of year we were there it was a little cold). It was easy to access from the airport by bus and was in walking distance from the main streets. Although they don’t have a spa you can get in room treatments which were very good. Breakfast was really nice.

Once we arrived we were greeted by welcoming staff who spoke good English. They were professional and efficient. During breakfast time, the table was ready with kids utensils once we arrived. They seated all families with little ones at the same corner so that we won’t disturb others. The breakfast was super delicious with great varieties and lots of local delicacies.
