Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Japanese hospitality. There are filtered water dispensers available on each floor to refill your jug. A 7eleven is inside the hotel and a mini stop convenience store outside the hotel. Shuttle to airport terminals and narita station.

Beds and pillows were a little harder than I like and there was a really annoying whistling noise coming from the next room for the entire night which was very frustrating.

Room was a reasonable size but very old fashioned. . Buffet dinner in the restaurant was fantastic offering a lot of different options to suit different tastes. The Yen40 was reasonable for the meal which included dessert, tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, water. Free bus to/from accommodation, airport, mall was fantastic.

It was late at night, we had a lot of luggage in the rain when we arrived. The initial front desk person we asked to assist us with our bags, was not very helpful (he was the one who checked us in). He didn't have a good attitude, and also only provided 1 key card to us, as one had to be in the room to keep the lights on. I had to come back downstairs, and the woman who helped me this time, was very accommodating and apologized for her colleague not setting us up appropriately, or letting us know that you could use a piece of paper in slot for the lights.

Great value for the money. Convenient location. Frequent free shuttles to and from the Airport. 7/11 downstairs, with lots of options for snacks, and quick small gifts. Breakfast was buffet style, and there were a fair number of both Western and Asian options. They also had an automatic pancake maker, which made a great Instagram video. Checkout process was smooth, and we paid a little extra for a late checkout. Overall we would stay there again.

Instead of having one line for guests at the reception so that each person in line could be helped by the next available receptionist, they had three lines. My kids and I waited and waited for a long time to check in, because our line was moving very slowly (receptionist in the line we stood at started helping at multiple stations after we got in line), while guests who came after us and stood at the other two lines were already helped and went to their rooms. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, and the cot they gave us for the “triple” room was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bus from/to the airport ran only once every hour in the afternoon. We had to wait for almost an hour at the airport.

Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located only 25 minutes from Naritasan Park. Free shuttle to/from Narita Airport. Having a convenience store downstairs was helpful.

The front desk staff's English proficiency could be improved . Beds were a little too hard . Not many shops or convenient stores in the neighborhood. actually almost none.

Switching from a single to a double room went well. Staffs were courteous and efficient . The restaurant's food were quite good for both breakfast and dinner. Not too much varieties . Just right.

Air-conditioning didn't work very well. On high it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is very old. The convenience store isn't 24 hour.

That the swimming pool was not open.

I like the shuttle bus from the station to the hotel and back , which we didn't know about. Also, there was the shuttle bus to the mall for shopping. The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of different food to choose from. The shuttle bus to the airport was important to us. That's why we chose this hotel.
