Small room. A bit far from the station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but well equipped, clean room. Comfy beds. Tea, coffee, eggs and rolls in the lobby. We even got a lift to the station. There is a beautiful temple in town.

It was very clean and a short 5-min taxi ride to the train station which would take us to the airport. The place was very clean and near a mall and 7-eleven. It was perfect to be close to the airport. They also had free bread, eggs and drinks. We enjoyed our short stay. The staff was great too. Yes the walls are thin, but that's common in Asia.

This wasn't an issue for us, but there are steps when entering the building, so it might be difficult to access in a wheelchair

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean! It's also near a 7-11 and small park that made a good breakfast option.

Its location. Very close to a shopping mall, convenience stores, izakaya, and a drugstore.

Poor soundproofing - We could hear the neighbours, and I'm sure they could hear us.

Good location - It was easy to find and relatively close to the station. Very polite and helpful staff tha welcomed us and showed us to our room. Reasonable price - It was good value for money.

The room is clean and it is very near to the airport and main highway. Nearby have Aeon Mall that fix our little shopping craving.

This is our third stay. The staff is very kind and helpfull. They take the time to talk with you and answer your questions if needed. We also like the amenities and the location is great, with a shopping mall at 5 minutes walking distance.

The owner was very kind. Snacks, drink and yogurts were provided. We stayed one night to catch the plane the next day. I didn't expect much of the hotel, and it exceeded my expectation due to the cleanliness and the price. The owner went the extra miles to deliver the best service and experience. If you read this, the owner, please accept my gratitude. It was the three of us who checked in late and left at 11AM the next day when you called us.

It was close to the airport in a part of town that felt very safe and easy to walk around. The staff helped me order a taxi.

Just be aware it's a budget hotel and you'll be fine. There's nowhere easy to work from.

This is a small hotel in a quiet area - and it's the most hospitable place I've ever stayed. The hotelier met us at the door, helped us up the stairs, introduced us to the amenities and our room, and even gave us a tutorial on the coffee machine. The room includes fresh breadrolls, green tea, juice, yoghurt, and coffee. Even the housekeeping staff were wonderful and friendly.

The staff area really friendly and let me know my room number even though I was going to be late. I’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s close to the airport and I can rest before my international travel.

Perfect for a 1 night layover between flights. Hotel offers some coffee/tea and snacks but you need to eat it in the room. Good showers and beds.

A bit cold in the suite. Perfect, once in the bed.

Shuttle, book in advance. Greetings with eggs, a first for us. Great and flexible staff (driver/cleaner and receptionist). Located next to temple.

The distance from the hotel to the station (JR Narita or Keisei Narita) would benefit a shuttle service between the two places! Maybe it's something to consider.

The staff was very friendly and a lot of amenities are provided. Despite being far away from the station, the direction to go there is very well written. Love especially the big sign provided when you actually need to turn to the hotel.
