Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomBit disappointed the swimming pool was undergoing construction work so not able to use it and the Galaxy Bar was closed the night I stayed so had to make do with drinks purchased from convenience store
Room was spacious and clean, had a nice view looking towards the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, buffet dinner was nice and there's a convenience store on site for any extra bits nèeded

SpainI was surprised the restaurant was closed when we arrived at 21h and that such a big hotel only counted on a really tiny shop to buy some food. The baths were broken when we arrived.
The bed was really confortable and the room was completly silent despite the fact that you could see from there the planes taking off. The view from the top floor that I discovered while taking my breakfast.

United KingdomJust a few improvements. Bathroom has separate hot/cold taps, mixer taps should really be installed. No butter available at breakfast. The Marroad is described as 'International', in the room you only have Japanese tea which I like but no coffee which is drank more internationally. At breakfast there is a choice of teabags and a coffee machine. Please provide coffee sachets in the rooms.
Excellent hotel and very good value for money. Shuttle bus was always on-time, there also is a bus service to a shopping centre nearby too. Check-in and out was done very professionally. Lobby area is lovely, and very clean. Rooms are also very clean, wi-fi works well and mine had a fridge. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, good choice of food and once again very clean. All the staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

IcelandExcellent for one night after a long flight, arriving in Japan. The shuttle bus is free and on schedule. We used it both ways to and from the hotel, as we needed to take transport from the airport the day after we landed. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, really good variety of asian and western food.

AustraliaLocation was not great. the shuttle takes too much time to come, had to wait almost an hour with all the luggages and the baby to be able to get the shuttle. Nothing around the hotel so if you are coming late, better eat at the airport and then go to the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of options to choose from. Room was decent size, shower and bathroom are also very clean. If you are a bit tall, it might be a bit difficult but I guess that is just the Japanese standard. Good overall

NetherlandsThe rooms are a little noisy with planes landing and taking off, but thats to be expected with how close the hotel is to the airport. There is supposed to be a shuttle from the hotel to Narita city but I have not been able to get on it even though I stood outside at the times it was supposed to be there. Maybe I was unlucky but this meant that I had to take the airport shuttle to go to back to the airport and take the train from there to get to the city.
The hotel room was very spaceous and the beds were very comfortable. The morning buffet was great too. The location to and the connection provided by the shuttle to the airport were excellent! The shuttle goes every 30 minutes and they provide you with a schedule when you check-in. A good hotel to stay at before an early flight out from Narita.

SingaporeThe water in shower is not stable, alternating between warm n cold. Otherwise the bathroom is spacious. Being on a mountain, there is not much to do at the hotel and not much food choice. Good for overmight and to go shishui outlet.
The hotel shuttle tiwce hourly was very useful. From early morning till late. You can spend extra night to go to shisui outlet which has shuttle to and from airport. Room was spacious with good view.
