Requested for rooms to be close together, but staff just had to put us at opposite ends of the floor. Carpark gantry was not working, and staff casually collected 1500yen only after we told them that we drove. We also had some issues with the wifi as it was tagged to the wrong name - we need to sign in with our name, and it was not our names.

Overall a pleasant experience for a night's stay before heading to the airport the following morning which is just a 10minutes drive away. Plenty of staff that could communicate well. They even lend a hand with our luggage and helped brought them up to our rooms. The facility seems new.

For breakfast, you might include more dishes and change the menu alternative days. Having the same breakfast all 10 days was a bit boring.

Very clean, comfy, and staff was so helpful all the time. Located close to Haneda airport, train station, and convenience stores. Definitely recommend staying here.

Tbh nothing bad to say, everything was superb but do wish as I mentioned that it was closer to Tokyo city so we could have stayed our whole Tokyo trip!

I really wish this hotel was closer to Tokyo city because I would’ve booked this for our whole Tokyo stay! So good for the price considering it includes gym use, has a lovely bar and restaurant and round the clock airport shuttle. The rooms are so spacious and well thought out and the bed was so comfy. The only hotel our entire Japan stay that *actually* does a thorough job of cleaning your room between nights and it’s timely as well, you don’t have to ask.

The only downside to my stay here is the fridge did not work. When I opened it, I thought it was turned off as it was room temperature/warm - I turned it on and left a couple of items inside so when it did get cold my items would be ok. The next morning when I woke up the food had gone bad, the fridge didn’t work in general

I chose this hotel as I like how it offered a complementary shuttle bus to the airport. For my last night in Japan I was incredibly well rested, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is luxurious

Bit of a pain to get into Tokyo. 1 hour transit typical. Good for use of the airport but I would stay closer to the centre for the majority of your trip.

Missed an Onsen on our final night and the airport shuttle was a little chaotic. Dinner was felt like the most expensive meal of our 3 week trip

I really cannot find any negative points for this hotel. I would rather stay here, than staying expensive hotels in downtown Tokyo. Definitely recommended.

The hotel exceeded my expectation, in terms of quality - very clean, modern and functional room. The size of the room was very large as compared to the same class hotel in Tokyo, or much bigger I would say. 3-5 min walk from the Keikyu line station "Otorii", and convenient to access to the Haneda Airport (We used shuttle bus which took us around 30min to get to the airport). It was very convenient from the hotel lobby to the airport - we had rain in the morning, and we did not need to walk to the station. Staff was all friendly.
