The staffs , reception all very helpful and friendly. They all speak English. They have coffee capsules we can get anytime, coffee sachets, tea sachets and sleepwear. They also have game boards to play . Laundry area with dryer . There are a lot of good restaurants in the area. Search for the Indian restaurant Delhi. Sometimes we just cook at the apartment and chill. Grocery is 2mins away and family mart is just beside the hotel. Location is very good too 2minutes away to station. 10mins walk to dotonbiri. Everyone's so nice and helpful. We felt safe. Last year we stayed in Mimaru tokyo and also loved the experience. Thank you everyone for a relaxing stay!

Clean, comfortable beds. More spacious than most hotel rooms in the area. Complimentary drip coffee in reception was a nice touch and the ability to rent items such as apple TV. Location is fantastic, surrounded by multiple metro lines. Reception happy to organise luggage transfer too. The 24hr supermarket 1 minutes walk is a lifesaver too

The room and amenities were fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities (which provide soap automatically) were easy to use and helped us with light packing. The kitchenette was intuitive to use, and very handy for heating up the super yummy 7-Eleven meals! it was nice to have a lot of space for our family of four.

Cleaning was a bit of a miss. We usually stayed in our rooms in the morning and went out for the whole afternoon -- however cleaning staff only came in the morning, this meant we had no room cleaning done during the whole stay. Hotel is in a central area but it's not the nicest neighborhood. Staff interactions can be silly and performative, e.g. at checkin they greet you with a long list of all the perks they cut due to being "green", at checkout they offer you a "departure gift" which is just a QR code to review them on tripadvisor. Maybe it'd be better to omit these :)

There is a fire engine nearby that might be an issue to light sleepers, but my family members weren't affected much.

Location was near many small eateries, a 24-hour supermarket, and the subway station. This was all within a minute's walk away. It also provided quiet from the tourist bustle at Namba or the Dontonbori area, but near enough to access easily. Also, the counter staff were absolutely lovely! The hotel had a tourism bingo contest and the staff were all so sweet and congratulatory whenever we completed an item. Do try it when you are there!

Location is slightly further from the main attraction area. The footsteps sounds from the upper floor is quite noticable.

Late checkout penalty is dismissed despite that I have been previously informed of the extra 5,000 YEN penalty. THUMBS UP!!! Staffs are very friendly.

Good location about a 10 minute walk from the main Dontoburi shopping and dining area. We had the family theatre room and it was really spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed! Staff at the reception were also great and helped us get our baggage sent to our next hotel.

This apartment hotel was in a fantastic location, close to train lines, a large supermarket as well as other tourist attractions located nearby. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had and were very approachable.

The laundry was a coin laundry that was centrally located downstairs so one needed keep checking on the laundry progress. It cost 600-700 yen to wash and completely dry.

This is a very comfortable place to stay for families. We had 6 people -2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents. We had two rooms that could have doors opened between them which was ideal. The kitchen facilities were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect for kids. The staff was amazing. They gave excellent food recommendations near by and had answers for things like where to by stamps and the nearest post office and grocery store. The location is fantastic. There were excellent restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park with playground, and subway entrance within 5-8 min walk. It was also quiet in the rooms despite being 1 block from a major cross street.

The walls were thin we could hear the family next door and walking above us at night. Also there is a firehouse nearby the sirens were bothersome but not all too bad.

The hotel was large for Japan and we liked that we could cook for the kids as the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. With Family Mart downstairs and a grocery store (w good sushi) around the corner it was a nice to eat dinner back at home base.

The staff was not ok. I would have given a better rating to the staff if it was not for one of the ladies staff who was very loud and somehow rude. I will not post name but I am sure management will know who this is.

I liked the location, in one of the best areas of Osaka with plenty of restaurants and coffee places within walking distance from the hotel. You can have access to a Family Market next door as well. I’d would come back again to this hotel :)
