We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Love the friendly staff. We upgraded to a Junior suite for 5000 ten more. Best decision. Great room. Very spacious and well appointed. This property is great and would definitely return. The public bath is very clean and nice.

The room has a luxurious feel, and it is also more spacious than the standard hotel room in Japan. The bed is comfortable. They have a lounge area that provides free snacks in a certain period of time. The service is also excellent. They help to keep our 4 luggages when we travel to another city.

The staff were sooo helpful and friendly even phoning our last hotel as my husband had left his reading glasses behind. They also answered many other questions we had. They offered an upgrade very cheap. Wish we had taken it even though we were very happy with our room. Comfy beds. Good pillows. Good public bath. Great location! Minutes from the Sapporo Station.

AustraliaWas advertised as non-smoking throughout, but has a smoking area ground floor next to lift. During our stay we weren’t bothered by smoke, but we also wouldn’t have booked if we had realised there was an indoor smoking area. This something Booking.com could work on. ‘Non-smoking rooms’ isn’t a good filter because almost everywhere has non-smoking rooms, sometimes next to smoking rooms and smoking areas. And ‘smoke-free throughout’ can be misleading if ‘designated smoking area’ is also not listed. ‘Non-smoking property’ would be a helpful filter to consider, or properties could be encouraged to detail the smoking arrangements in their property info. A number of properties I contacted directly said they were non-smoking, but had designated smoking areas on various floors of the building.

Only 5 minute walk from Sapporo station, rooms are large, modern and clean. A public bath is available and has a very nice experience. Very nice Hotel and Staff speaks very good English, 100% recommended. Breakfast was very nice, free tea and coffee is available inside the restaurant during the day.

Turn left, cross the road & walk straight & you will reach the hotel. Easy & convenient. At New Chitose Airport ..for international flight, after custom, Go to level 1 and walks towards the information counter , buy a ticket from the machine (next to information counter), cost yen 1300. N board the bus at bus stop 84.. staff are there to help, friendly n helpful

mitsui garden hotel sapporo west - convenient, quite centrally located - 2 blocks if get up from the underground walkway of Sapporo train station (west side) which is quite convenient (the original mitsui garden hotel sapporo is next to it) - the size of room is larger than the usual japan standard - shower is seperated from the lavatory, washing basin outside the shower/lavatory - i personally like the colour tone of the room (light decent blue) - public bath/onsen is indoor, size around 5m x 2m, modern design, quite decent
