distance from the train station. it’s a good 12 minute walk if the directions are right. it’s harder the first time because of the confusing streets. better to take an Uber with the luggage

Beds could be wider. Shower was lovely but water leaked out from under and around the shower door and made all the bathroom floor wet. There was also a strange smell in the room.

Our room was spacious. It also had a small table and chairs. Onsen was great! Beds were comfy. Great location. Only 10 min walk from train station. It's a new build so everything is fresh and modern.

The smell of sewerage in the room where the bath is located. That is the only thing that could be faulted. Tea and coffee in the room would be nice.

We loved tthe bathroom and the comfortable beds. The hotel was in a great location, not far from the Narita train station and the airport.

Bathroom plumbing has not been designed well. All the water leaks out of the shower and floods the bathroom floor and is quiet dangerous as it gets close to power points and makes it inconvenient to use bathroom after as the water will not drain or go anywhere.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. He offered a taxi and when we declined he even looked up the train departures for us and printed out a map how to get to the station. The room and bathroom was also very nice and cosy.

The place is kinda far from bus stop and train but still walkable to Naritasan Omotesando.The second thing is they only give us 2 set of toothbrush, pillows and the other stuffs while there are 4 of us who stays in the hotel. But that's okay, they give us some more after we ask for it :)

It has a kind of onsen bathub which make it really a nice place to stay. The staffs are also really helpful even though they cannot really speak english well.

Right next to railroad track, so very noisy Bathroom design did not allow floor to stay dry when showering. Not enough hooks or storage to hang towels. Room needs shoe storage at the entry, so floor can stay clean.

Nothing to complain about except that the way to go there is inside a residential area. You would probably think that you made a wrong reservation.

My family arrive Narita late at night and wanted to travel by car in the morning because the children were tired. I called the hotel and we got two rooms which was very comforting. I loved the wooden bath tub and was able to relax. It was very nice.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and there was only a small towel rail for wet towels to hang. Also there was nowhere else to hang wet clothes or towels. The bedroom was a little small for our family of 4 as well.

The location is lovely. Narita is beautiful and the hotel is walking distance to the temple, shopping and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The journey from narita airport to hotel at night, roads were quite dark as is is a residential area for locals.

the property is very new, suitable for couple and groups of same gender.
