Everything was just exceptional! The beautiful entrance/lobby. The rooms were clean and really wide. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. It's very close to the station.

Not that I can think of.

It’s very near to Kamakura Station, maybe 2-3 mins walk. Muji cafe is just at Level 1. Family Mart is beside. Near to many eateries as well. The hotel room size is not so squeezy. Bed is large for 2 pax. There are 2 chairs and a table by the window for us to take light meals. Bathroom is quite huge by Japan standard. Bathtub and a bathing area is separated by a door from the WC and basin area. They provided many bathroom amenities too. Coin operated washing machine can use IC card for payment which is super convenient.

Muji cafe breakfast was just ok, a little disappointed that it wasn't better for the price per person (around £15 each).

Bathroom very nice, with large soaking tub and wet room shower. Lots of extra bathroom amenities, such as face masks, foot masks and bath salts. Kids amenity bag also very appreciated, including sheep slippers for our daughter, who could also make use of traditional Japanese pyjamas which looked very cute on her. Room and facilities all good and clean. Air conditioning was good, as was fridge. Beds large and comfortable, lots of lighting options in the room. Location is great, just minutes from the central station and seconds from one of the largest shopping streets in the city. 11am late checkout was also appreciated.

Everything was great! No complaints.

Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance and extremely clean. The hotel smells amazing, the staff was so accommodating and the beds were super comfortable. They also have coin laundry available which was an unexpected bonus. Would recommend this location to everyone visiting Kamakura.

The room was bright and had a good size. The bathroom was big, and there was bath salt and other amenities you'd want to use after a long day of walking. Breakfast at the MUJI restaurant was awesome! From Western to Asian food and fruits... many choices available!

1. The room had a bit of a weird BO smell? We tried spraying everything we had but no use, I think it's just the room smell. We encountered this smell when we stayed in Feb 2024 too. 2. The hotel needs an onsen, even a small one, for it to be absolutely perfect! 3. The pillows are way too flat and small, which causes neck pain in the morning. Happened during our stay in Feb 2024 too. 4. Need a water cooler in their laundry area or somewhere in their hotel?

1. LOVE the proximity to shops like Muji, pharmaceutical store (just opposite), bookstore, post office, train station, supermarket etc. 2. Lovely room amenities with eye mask and leg patches provided! First time encountering a hotel giving these items as part of their amenity kit. 3. Love that the room also has 6 bottles for 3 pax! Very generous with their water. 4. The staff are very attentive, polite and accommodating, very good! This time around, I messaged the property via booking.com's messaging system for some special requests around Mar 2024. I didn't get a reply from them and was too busy to follow up. As it happens, the hotel missed out on my special request. Interestingly, the staff who checked us in, Ms. Satomaki, read my messages and to make up for it, she gave us a present from the hotel, so sweet of them. 5. Love that Muji is connected to the hotel and served breakfast albeit at a steep price of $30. We didn't have the hotel's Muji breakfast as there are other options nearby. 6. The main shopping street is just across the road

The room was very nice, but the bed didn't match the room. It was a bit too hard; it would have been nice to have a mattress topper, and the pillows were too flat. The night was not restful, and we woke up several times trying to find the right height for a proper rest.

This hotel has a perfect location so close to the train station and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself was modern and pretty. Staff was super friendly. The room was also comfortable and spacious!

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Loved being able to take the rickshaw tour, and the staff was very helpful in booking it.
