We was in this hotel twice and twice the check in staff wasn't to polite😡 they forget that first expression about hotel is the front desk staff. Room was nice but sticky.

1. Second visit for the hotel but mostly because of the crowd, i didn't get a room with great view like last time but still good and can see if there is any crowd for cable car.

1. Excellent Location where just beside Sakuragicho station 2. Friendly staff 3. Selling discount ticket for Cable car and Landmark Tower Sky Garden but too bad i didn't bought it 4. Good associate massage therapist operate until 3am.

Slippery bath tub floor with not enough safety bars to hold on to.

Location, location, location. Near Sakuragicho JR Station, Blue Line subway, and not far from Toyoko/Minatomirai line. Also bus terminal in front. The hotel is connected to the Colette Mare building with lots of shops and restaurants. It also connects to a moving walkway to Landmark Bldg with its many shops and restaurants and close by to two other shopping/ restaurant complexes. There is an amusement center in front of the hotel with a ferris wheel. The whole place is called Minato Mirai: futuristic harbor.

Got a room with long walkway. Pretty far from elevator

Great location. Main Yokohama attractions are in walkable distance. Also very convenient for shopping for both clothing and food stuffs in the same building. Also like room size even with three people stay.

No any service during your stay. Although many hotels have no cleaning, they still clear the trash, change towels or pajamas. This hotel has no any kind of those services.

Highly recommend if you want to find the hotel with the best Bay view. I enjoy the night view there and the location is super convenient - close to train station and other main attractions in Yokohama.

Beds too firm for us

Beautiful views, great location for sightseeing in the area, right beside Sakuragicho station and shopping/dining precinct. Yokohama has plenty to see and is a beautiful city

Hotel is in at an excellent location. Just one minute walk from Sakuragicho station. Many restaurants, shopping malls, super market and many extractions are just couple of minutes by walking distance. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. I have taken a city view room. I can see Mt. Fuji from my room window and it is fascinating. In clear sky we can enjoy the beauty of Mr. Fuji.
