I didn’t like the hotel pillows – I’d enjoy MUCH more if the pillows were more comfortable.

I love the view of the river the most. I also enjoy the brisk walk in the early morning hours – the jogging track along side the river is wonderful.

I like everything about Hotel Noum. I was attracted initially to the look of the hotel and it didn't disappoint. It is simple without cutting down on the comfort or amenities. The location is super. 15 minutes walk to Osaka Castle, within easy transfer to some of the tourist spots like Kuromon etc. Also, if you fancy taking a cycle type, Cycle Osaka is 10 minutes walk. I had breakfast with my room, and what can I say, amazing breakfast. The salmon with salad was so good. Nothing greasy, all beautifully cooked. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to friends.

For the same price elsewhere I didn’t have to share a bathroom No fridge kettle or tv in room or even a bottle of water (although there are these facilities on separate floors ) Breakfast was very expensive again compared elsewhere but there are great cheaper options nearby Poor WiFi service kept cutting out I think they’re undecided whether to be an upmarket boutique hotel or hipster hostel - it’s a great place to stay but the price point isn’t great

Lovely friendly staff (especially all the pretty smiling girls and Yu too) and good central riverside location - about 30 mins walk to Osaka station or 10 minutes on subway (4 stops 1 change) Decent sized room for Japan Bit of a hipster art vibe (yoga and meditation sessions available) and nice design Coin laundry available

This hotel is amazing from check in to breakfast to check out The showers and toilet may be shared but don’t let that stop you. I never seen such a clean shower and toilet area. They also provide a premium body wash, shampoo and conditioner which i was impressed with. Breakfast is absolutely amazing I highly recommend the avocado toast. There service and kindness is just so great shin and his staff was so nice and helpful Would highly recommend this hotel

The beers were expensive.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. What a fantastic stay we had at Noum! The bikes you could rent out were excellent, which made getting around osaka very easy. The hotel was modern and clean and our room was much more spacious than other places we have stayed. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Nothing we didn't like; it was perfect!

Amazing hotel! The location is good, with a subway station and the Osaka Castle in walking distance. Also across from a park next to the river. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment onwards. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The shared bathroom is modern and very clean, with sufficient toilets and showers. The breakfast was very tasty, healthy and a good start of the day for exploring Osaka.

Rooms could be a bit bigger but other than that it was very nice.

Very friendly service and super clean. Great value for money. The staff is very helpful. They for example recommended us several restaurants and we had the best ramen so far!

Only fridge is in the shared common space on the 5th floor. So I had to leave my room for any food I had there. Not really the end of the world at all, but if I had to pick something. Also, probably not a good choice for large groups, as it is rather small.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved the breakfast, and coziness of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gave great recommendations. The bike rental is an added plus, and is a great way to see the city. I would definitely stay here again any time I’m in Osaka.

A beautiful boutique hotel, the room was clean and stylish. The staff always welcoming and kind. Breakfast was delicious and coffee also good. There are very cute cafes and bars around the area and it’s just 20/30 min walk from Osaka Castle. Explore the area nearby if you get a chance

We found the bed a bit too hard. But some part of our group liked it that way.

This is a nice and cozy hotel conveniently located near a river and several public transport stations. The breakfast was very delicious (especially the juice) and the personnel was friendly and helpful. Even though the bathroom (and the sleeping room) is a bit small, it is clean and practical.

An excellent Art-Deco City Hotel! Ayaka is taking care of each guest with attention and kindness like the entire team indeed. The room is minimalist which I loved. The breakfast is delicious! I will return to Hotel Noum without hesitation.
