Everything was super clean and new, the staff was very friendly and nice. They also have parking lots and it's quite affordable! The position is particularly good for exploring Naha and there's everything you may need very close to the hotel. The breakfast is good and even the espresso was very well done (if Italians say it it's true). Very nice experience!

Hotel is modern, clean and simple. The beds were comfortable and it comes with an Alexa and a smart tv. The location was good too as it is in between the major attractions - a 25min walk to the museum, 20mins to Kokusai Dori and 20mins to Naminoue beach.

Good quality breakfast set can be taken and eaten at the airport.

The rooms are up to standard, minimalist, with all amenities, clean, and convenient with a smart system for checking in and leaving bags in the lockers. There are service staff and good advice.

Room was very compact. FIne for one person, would have been very tight for two. Hot water pot available, but had to ask staff in lobby for one.

Location is good, only 5 mins of walk from nearby monorail station. Two convenience stores downstairs. walking distance to Kokusai Dori.

Good location in Naha, it was close to bus stations & the monorail. The rooms were comfortable & accomodating. The staff were super helpful, and assisted in with translation when we had an issue with a previous hotel. They spent a lot of time helping us.

There is only three choices on breakfast and as I stayed there for 5 nights, I found it very repetitive. There is no kettle in rooms, hence we need to get hot drinking water at the lobby and paper cups are free to use.

The hotel was open in late 2022, therefore it is quite clean and modern. It has about 26 car parking spaces but at a charge of JPY1000/night. The bed is very comfortable and there are two pillows for each bed. The bathing area is separate from the toilet, better use of the facilities. Close to Monorail station, just at most 2 mins walk. There is family mart next to the hotel and 7/11 at the opposite side of the road.

The only thing I would complain about is the lighting in the bathroom area makes it almost impossible to do makeup because it’s only top and back lit. There should be a small mirror inside the room area as well where the lighting is more normal.

It was new and clean, the free breakfast was yummy and the room felt spacious. Best hotel in Japan that I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been to Japan more than 10 times.

No beverages in the bedroom therefore no kettle but available on request. Other guests have mentioned this. More clothes hanger (only 4 were available) would be good & a long hanging rack would make easier for guests to hang their clothes. The entrance to the hotel has a narrow ledge. Best to mark it with a yellow tape to prevent people missing a step & falling down.

Location from Miebashi station was a 4 min walk with luggage. Just turn right upon exit ( Okiei) & find elevator. Breakfast choice can be varied to include a hot meal. Cheerful breakfast staff. Front line staff relied a lot on translator as we spoke English. Still kudos for their effort in answering our questions. Umbrellas to use if there is rain is a nice touch. We like the simple but adequate amenities of yukata, toothbrush, etc to prevent wastage. Complimentary handcream would be great to have. The bathroom shower gel, shampoo & conditioner was like spa quality. I like the sleek power points on top of bed board ledge. The bed was firm & sleep was good. Luckily we had the back facing room which was very quiet. Also many nice eating places around the hotel not mentioned in the giant interactive map. Towels arereplaced daily. Thanks.

Breakfast variety could be improved. More hangers & a hanging railing would be good. A kettle in all rooms would be perfect instead of kettle on request. Luggage locker for repeat guests more than 24 hrs not available. Carpark free if possible instead of 1000JPY per day.

Location near Miebashi station 4 min walk. With luggage maybe 8 min walk. Ask Alexa questions is nice. Check in through machine is easy.

1. Good location, close to monorail station and bus stop. A Familymart convenience store is just next to the hotel. 2. Staffs are friendly and helpful. 3. The complimentary breakfast is simple but delicious. We love the egg salad sandwich.
