The staff are very friendly and helpful but their working hour just a little bit not convenience to tourist. We got the room with 50% discount so it's very worthy but if we have to pay full room rate, there would be other better choices.

The room is clean and spacious and the beds are large compare to normal hotel in Japan. The location is good, near city center and shopping area, many good restaurants in walking distance. The limousine bus station to airport just 300m away,

We had a vey good impression of this hotel during our last stay a few days ago. We felt happy with the facilities, cleanliness, price, helpful staffs. And after travelling around Hokkaido, we came back to Sapporo and decided to stay here again.

The listing claimed king size beds. However, they were just two smaller beds pushed together.

The location is not too bad, but it is still about 30 mins walking from Sapporo station or 9 mins walk from the nearest subway. If you walk with luggage on a rainy day, consider adding more time.

Good size of room for 4 people, Room clean and tidy, Staffs very attentive, Location easy to find, Many nearby convenience stores, restaurants, shopping. So we will stay again when we come back to Sapporo.

it would have been good to include additional full length mirror in the living area, hooks and clothes line wthin the toilet to hang towels/clothes etc, and more hangers instead of just 3 on the rack.

The supposed king bed was really just two single beds put next to each other so the middle part was really uncomfortable. There is a draft that comes from under the room door so it can get quite cold. The cutleries were only prepared for 3 ppl even though I booked the room for 4. There is no iron board and not enough hangers.

I liked that the room was really spacious where 4 ppl can easily move about. I also like that there was a kitchen for us to cook and we cooked everyday to avoid eating out. The bathroom was huge and the tv was great.

The lobby doesn’t operate 24h, I don’t know if it was off-season thing or usually it’s like this. They responded to our messages even during lobby off-time though and can still accept luggages and postage during off-time. Also I think it’s worth to mention that they don’t clean the rooms during our stay, we had to take out the trash by ourselves to the lobby—might be inefficient if you had to be out during 15.00-22.00.

It’s a very good value and holds a lot of people inside, perfect for my group. The futon is also a nice experience and it was quite comfortable despite the hard surface.

there is no wardrobes in room, only the open space hanger provided which not sufficient for 4 of us during this winter season. where not enough hanger / space for our winter wear.

Location good, lots of convenient store nearby. Very good Jacuzzi in room.

A lack of service/facilities being offered by the hotel (the front desk doesn't even open till 3pm) and the room size is on the small side. Would have paid more for a better service/value.

Excellent hotel, good and comfortable room with everything you need. Walking distance from Susukino which is an absolute must see by night. This area has amazing restaurants, bars and clubs. Nearest ski option is Bankei which is only 15 minutes by taxi and great for beginners and kids. Convenient location next to Lawson so morning coffee is within reach.
