Location - close enough to Narita station, within 1km walk to the old town street and Sensoji temple and possible to walk to the nearby Aeon (this is not the big AEON in Narita, but has necessities if you don't want to take a train to the big one) Room is spacious enough for Japan, and they have shuttle to Narita airport. However, we had to catch an 8am flight, so unable to use the shuttle, but it's only 1-2 train stops to airport so all is good.

There was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel, only from the hotel to the airport. Lunch at the hotel restuarant was poor. I did not eat dinner there, but the breakfast was great.

Room was comfortable and quiet. It was curious that the bathroom door opened outwards! It should open inwards.

No water dispenser or bottled water provided as tap water was drinkable. However, felt the tap water tasted funny.

Eco options - amenities bar / cleaning style, had kids amenities set, free airport shuttle, excellent location (short walk - albeit uphill, to JR station and the omotesando street), good sized room, decent breakfast spread, had umbrellas for loan, great value for money! Note this is more of a business hotel.

Bathroom a little dated.

-Location - 10 minute downhill walk from the Narita town station. -Access - free shuttle to (and maybe from, but I’m not sure) Narita Airport -Restaurants - Italian restaurant on site, was nice, but nothing amazing. Does the job for first or last night in Japan. I didn’t look to see what else is in the town, but the hotel is close to the station. -Staff - staff speak English and check in and check out is easy. They were also helpful in booking the shuttle. -WiFi speed - consistent. 140mbps download, 150mbps upload -Breakfast - standard Japanese breakfast food. Not really our style but not bad. I do love a miso soup. -Amenities - fridge in the room and some toiletry items in the lobby for free. -Bed / pillows - we had a really big bed (2 single pushed together style). -Noise levels - quiet -Temperature - aircon in the room. -Shower - consistent temperature and pressure Overall comments - main hotel and rooms are nice and modern, the bathroom was a bit dated - but perfectly functional.

It is all good!

The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely. We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.

A bit modest breakfast.

Hotel close to the railway station with easy access to the airport (possibility of transfer by hotel bus). Close to the local temple and shopping street with a large selection of souvenirs. Very nice and helpful staff.

The location is quite a walk from everything else. There aren't a lot of restaurants and if you have big luggage, it's s better to take a cab from the station. The "double" bed is two twin beds put together, so it was uncomfortable for three people.

The room was nice and spacious enough and it had a tub. They provided a free shuttle to the Narita Airport but you have to book in advance.

Great stop over site near Narita airport with convenient location close to town core and train station. Very professional staff. Clean rooms and amenities. Laundry and vending machines were available. Great included breakfast.

Convenient location, free airport shuttle bus, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Good choice of restaurants and bars nearby - better than staying right at the airport.
