Excellently located just a few minutes from Kyoto station. Hotel was clean, excellent facilities (onsen and free teas/coffees during the day) and superb staff who will friendly and accommodating. The hotel was so good we stayed here twice!

I would have liked to look out the window (it has frosted glass). Not enough bench space.I did not like that I could not buy food at the hotel's restaurant to take to my room. I did not like the street very much. The atmosphere late at night was not the best.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The size of the room is great. I liked that I could walk to trains and buses.

It was a very good stay. The location was excellent, near Kyoto Station. They have a nicely maintained public bath, and the check-in and check-out process were effortless. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious.

The bed is very comfortable. The layout of the room is very nice and practical. It is also super clean. We were able to use the bathtub to soak after long day of walking in Kyoto. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. Overall, we are really satisfied and would love to stay here again.

The instructions to locate it after getting off the train was clear, it is in quiet area, yet walkable to the station. The staff was helpful to book restaurant for us. The public bath is added bonus

Crowded female communal bath and long queue to use the washing machine at night.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time last May. I like it so much that I decided to stay again this year. Everything met my expectations, and my requests for a high floor room and late check-out were acceded. Hotel staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was aesthetically pleasing and functional, which made my stay a wonderful one.

If you're looking for nightlife where this hotel is located is not that active into the night and something I didn't like everytime you use the elevator it stops on the 3rd floor the lobby even if you use your card..

The style of the room was very nice and comfortable, the location was also very good right by kyoto station and the lobby and hotel itself was also very stylish also loved the smoking room looks like you're a mob movie

I loved this hotel. From the moment you step in, you are welcomed by the grand entrance and wonderful smell. The staff speak good English and are very helpful and attentive. The room was super nice and comfortable. Location is very handy with the station and two malls nearby.

I would prefer the breakfast to have more western variety.

The room was very clean and was serviced daily. Comfortable beds and pillows. The interior of the room and public areas of the hotel was very nicely decorated in keeping with the modern Japanese feel.
