Stayed for 3 nights, friendly staff, rooms cleaned each day and good breakfast provided.

The beds where a little on the stiffer side as well as the pillows. The TV's where a bit out of date but worked good enough to use from my laptop.

Location was fine close enough to walk to the train station, and they provided a bus to the larger station further away when we checked out. Breakfast was good, provided each morning which was convenient. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Route-Inn are nice hotels, but they treat non-Japanese people differently.

It seems only Route-Inn hotels don't understand what to do with non-Japanese guests. Always, at any Route-Inn I visit, the hotel staff ask to make a copy of my ID. I ask why and they only say "it's the rule". If I were a visitor from another country, coming to Japan for a short trip, I could understand asking to make a photocopy of my ID. But I am a resident of Japan. I have lived in Japan for many years. The staff asked me for my passport. Since I live in Japan, of course I don't bring my passport when I travel around the country. But when I said I don't have my passport, the staff asked for my residence card. Why??? Asking for my residence card is acknowledgment of the fact that I am a RESIDENT. So what is the purpose of making a copy of a RESIDENT'S ID?? Japanese people are residents, too. Do all IDs of all guests get photo copied? Maybe the rule that Route-Inn employees are told to obey is this: "Make a copy of any person who checks in that does not look Japanese and does not have a Japanese name." Because it seems it does not matter if someone is a visitor to Japan or lives in Japan, if the person is not Japanese, the hotel wants to copy their ID.

The public bath was very clean and the facility was really nice. The beds and pillows in the room were comfortable.

Location was far (20 minutes walk) from train station.

Impressed with the renown Japanese hospitality standard service. Staff went out of their way to answer our queries regarding a local tourist attraction. Breakfast was generous in variety.

A room was terrible. It was like this room was not replacing the air for a long time, so here was so dusty. I could not sleep at all because of stinky smell and dusty air. As a result of staying here, I have a sore throat.

Can not recommend. There is no place to stay around this area.
