How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room space was not enough (even for Japanese standards) and we felt the furniture was outdated. If you're traveling with big suitcases you will struggle when moving your stuff inside. To be honest when I booked was in a hurry and the price wasn't that cheap. Better to reserve rooms before hand.
The best feature of the hotel is the location and the cleanliness. Also, it was really quiet and the bed was comfortable. Sapporo station and the subway were super close and the downtown was super near.

The room needs a refresh and upgrade as the facilities were dated.
The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, offering easy access to malls and stores. Although the room was dated, our stay was overall pleasant. The proximity to the station made transporting our luggage and walking between the hotel and the station very convenient. The hotel also kindly allowed us to store our luggage during our side trip to Asahikawa, as we had a reservation upon our return. Additionally, there's a souvenir shop on the ground floor where you can purchase gifts and snacks to take home. Our floor had a room equipped with a vending machine, microwave, and ice maker. In the lobby, you can find toiletries. The room amenities included sleepwear, TV, kettle, hairdryer, fabric/room spray, shoe horn, hangers, fridge, and towels. The room was spacious enough for 3 people and 3 medium luggages opened.

As with most hotels when we stay for several days the repetitive breakfast selection becomes monotonous. There were some different items daily but the majority were similar. We didn't really mind and managed some variety each day.
We booked this hotel mainly for the location, just a few minutes walk to the railway station. There were several mini-marts nearby for snacks. It was a peaceful stay with no traffic noise. The room had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfortable and bathroom excellent.

There were stains on bedsheets which we have feedback to receptionist. Pillows were too soft.
Very close proximity to Sapporo station. Accessible to malls, eateries and convenience shops. Room is considered large for family.

There is no English channel on TV. Probably can update at booking.com the direction from station. Earliest train to airport .Buffet breakfast timing.
I like that it's around 300 m from the Sapporo North exit . There is an underpass too . If I wake up late . Mister Donut is at this North exit . The Day Tour Bus station is at this exit too . Its super convenient. Rooms are fine too .

The hotel do not provide drinking water in rooms, Would be good if there is two more switch for charging.
The superior rooms is big enough to accommodate two adults and one children below 10 years old, enough space for three medium luggage.
