I’ve stayed in a few Sotetsu Fresa Inns before in Tokyo, decided to give the one here in Sapporo a try because of my good past experiences with the brand and the affordable price. I think this could be the best stay i’ve had with them by far! First impressions — lobby was very spacious, ample space for luggage storage, friendly receptionists(can converse in English). Rooms were small as usual and expected, but clean. I absolutely loved how we could track the washing machines statuses from the TV in our room!(whether available or not, how many minutes left till cycle done) i’ve never been able to do that at their other hotels. this was a very convenient feature if you do need to do your laundry. They also provide tons of amenities in the reception. Location wise, i found it very convenient. Just 5-8mins walk to and fro airport bus drop off and pick up. Convenience stores just round the corner, many restaurants open till late night, close to the main shopping area, also located right next to a subway exit! I would definitely recommend this hotel if coming to visit Sapporo!!

Might be the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.. Amenities, (even a hair curler???), bed, pajamas and room cleaning everyday was a great luxury for me. The room is also thoughtfully designed where you can push your luggage under the bed for more walking space.

It has complete facilities you may possibly need for travelling. They also offer pajamas and slippers which are really helpful. The location is also good! very close from the station, food shopping area and airport bus. Would love to go back here when i visit aapporo again

The check-in system don't apply if you're booking through a 3rd party site. Staff have to manually print out your booking and get it scanned at the booking system.

I liked how close the hotel was to the subway line (literally outside) and also 5 mins walking distance away from the airport shuttle bus (highly recommend). The hotel is also situated on the fringe of Susukino, walking distance to Nijo market and Tanuki Koji shopping street. The hotel was bigger than a typical hotel size in Tokyo. Was given 3 single beds for my family of 4 (2 kids below 6), very adequately spaced. Luggages could be stored under the bed giving the room more space. Towels could also be changed every day.

The coffee table when we checked in is sticky and dirty. Looks like a cup noodles residue coz it smells like it. Same with the refrigerator, there are like food stains inside. We just cleaned it ourselves with wipes because we’re so tired and had no sleep to go down and complain. But overall our stay was great and we loved our room.

The location is great. Just in front of the train station exit. Lots of restaurants and convenience store in the area. Just walking distance to the airport bus stops which makes it convenient to travel to and from the airport. Staff is very helpful and great.

The hotel is perfect for my all 30 years of travel. Super location, super clean and great service, great value. Thank you to all hotel staff to make our trip so comfortable and happy.

Thank you reception lady help me retrive my leave behind Amour bag pack i leave behind at the couch. She even help me translate the fees for taxi at the hotel entrance. The hotel super clean. Excellent location to metro for foreigner like us who dont drive. The snow festival is too cold for us. However, the complimentary amenities of face cream at the lobby really help as we are from hot weather country. Very happy to stay at Sotetsu Susukino and will recommend to all my friends , family and i will be back again if i visit Hokaido.

The hotel is clean and comes with free masks, toothbrush, toothpaste, green tea, matcha powder, facial mask etc. for you to take freely at the counter. Staffs are friendly too. Self Check-out is easy.

Despite the hotel's convenient location with a car park right behind it, the charging method allowing only one entry and exit per day is not very accommodating. It would be more convenient if the system allowed for unlimited entry and exit once the parking fee is paid.

The hotel generously upgraded us to a special room on the top floor for our honeymoon trip, which deserves special recognition. The location is conveniently close to the underground shopping street, connecting to various malls like Parco and Cocono Susukino. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful in guiding us to our destinations with patience. With this level of service at this price point, we highly recommend it!

Excellent location near the subway and main intersection of Susukino. The room is very well equipped, comfortable and ideal for resting. Staff provided me with all the information I needed and were very thoughtful with my requests. Definitely recommended!
