Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandAway from a variety of food places and retail. It is a business area primarily adjacent to residential. The hotel was very strict with their 3 day luggage storage service. My request for a 5 day storage of a small overhead locker suitcase prior to my subsequent stays was refused when I had stayed 5 nights end of October/November 2023 and had a further 6 nights booked in November-one night plus 5 nights culminating mid November 2023. Disappointing customer service and loyalty building. Also for my 2 stints of 5 nights both times I found black long hair in the bathroom. I am a male with very short hair.
Comfortable and reasonably clean. Close to Sengakuji metro station, which has direct connections to both Narita and Haneda airports at local prices which is cheaper than the express services and not much difference in time. Half an hour walk to Shinagawa station for the Shinkansen.

PhilippinesThe hotel itself was perfect. Nothing fancy but very clean, comfortable, satisfactory rooms. Rooms were small but this is Tokyo! Efficient service. We had everything we need. A 7-11 is just a few steps away for more convenience. The Sengakuji subway station is after 7-11.

Czech RepublicThis is a very standard Japanese business hotel with all you need. I liked that if we didn't need cleaning every day, we just didn't ask for that and staff didn't even entered the room, just let the bag with towels in front of the door. The staff is very helpful and nice, they can also speak English. Coffee machine, amenities, tea at the reception, laundry, vending machines available. Clean, neat, tidy.

Front Staff very friendly & speak very good English, housekeeping does a very good job to keep the room clean, room is of a good size compare to some hotels in Japan, small bathroom/toilet, very useful self-coin operated laundry machine & separate dryer. Location is near to Sengakuji Station Exit 4(stairs only)(Keikyu Airport Line & Asakusa Line) and like less than 10mins walk to Takanawa Gateway Station(Yamanote Line), reasonably easy to travel to all parts of Tokyo for sightseeing. There's 7-11 konbini next to hotel and a family mart opp the hotel. Overall a good stay!

If I have the chance to be in Tokyo again, I will come back to this fine hotel. The only thing I would do differently, is not to book the breakfast. Don't get me wrong: the breakfast is good, but due to the limited options, it gets boring after a while. Positive: *) Friendly English speaking staff. *) Small, but well organized room. No problem with big suitcase. *) Clean and quite. *) Comfy bed. *) Most of the switches labeled in English. *) USB charging port next to the bed. *) Neighborhood appeared to be safe and clean *) Direct connection Sengakuji to Haneda airport. Also most other popular tourist destinations, like Shibuya (highway busses to Mt. Fuji stop here), Shinjuku, teamLab Planets, and others can be easily reached (but no direct connection). Walking distance from Tokyo tower. *) Excellent value for money. Neutral: *) View from the window is not the city, but the opposite wall. Could be improved: *) All switches labeled in English, except the ones for the bathroom ventilation and the bathroom light switch. *) There is a magnetic button to say "I want room cleaning". It would be nice to also have a button for "I need clean towels", instead of getting fresh towels every day (which I did not need). This would be better for the environment.

AustraliaA convenient overnight stay that allowed us to land at Haneda and then make a quick exit out of Tokyo via a shinkansen from Shinagawa Station (one stop away from the hotel). The staff were super-friendly, and the room provided everything needed, noting that it was very compact, so only suitable for an overnight stop over.
