Very good breakfast, with buffet items changing every morning over our 5-day stay. Special mention: gyutan curry and the bread section, especially when fresh at 6:45 am.

The room is small and there is no view from the window since the hotel building is surrounded by taller buildings

The hotel is at the main road and it is an easy 10 mnts walk from sendai station. We need to get our own amenities when check in and you can take soaps lotions and also bath salt as much as you want. The breakfast is a self service buffet, meaning you need to clean up after eating. I love the bakery!

I've stayed in the past and thought there were in-room air purifiers and no carpeted floor. This time there was carpet and no purifier and it smelled a bit musty. I really wish there weren't carpet given Japan's humid climate. I opened the window to air it out though it's winter so gets cold. The default pillow isn't great for side sleepers (hard plastic beads) so recommend getting a low rebound one by the front desk.

It's a well thought out and equipped hotel in the heart of the city. I appreciated the dual elevators as there was never a wait. Breakfast was good as always and varied a bit each day. It's an easy walk from there to Kokubuncho, the nightlife area, and Sendai Station. If you're there from mid-December definitely checkout the Starlight Pageant illumination on Jozenji dori a few blocks to the north. There's a paid parking lot next door though it isn't cheap- I think it cost me 4200 yen for an overnight stay.

Pillows....one isn't enough. Rooms are small but we managed it.

We enjoyed the evening drinks/cocktails for guests. It's such a welcome after a long day of sightseeing & walkabout. Breakfast was more than adequate. Housekeeping was excellent. Entire staff was both pleasant & accommodating. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate. Location is fantastic. Close to subway and walking distance to shopping, eateries, Aobadori Avenue etc. Will stay here again.

Can't use shower and bathroom tap at the same time, as they're all one unit. Laundry dryer is very weak.

like that there is onsen in a city hotel. superb location, very convenient and near to train station. staff are all very friendly. it is also very nice to have a selection of beauty necessities to try and interesting to be able to choose the type of pillows too!

The room and bathroom is really-really tiny although with such good service and price it is ok.

The onsen could only accommodate 5 people at a time as it was quite small.

The onsen was v good. Room was good and comfy as well. The hotel also has washing machine which was free and dryer which costs a bit. The buffet breakfast was very delicious, and it included a plate with 6 indents for you to better portion your food and not overeat. Guidemaps at the hotel was very useful. And all the staff were exceedingly polite and greet you every time you meet them.

The bathroom and floor space was slightly too small but fine for what we needed. We just piled our suitcases onto the couch area.

Very friendly staff with nice amenities (shared baths, happy hour cocktails, beauty products and pillow menu). All with eco friendly approach and it was also a good location (quiet!)
