A good solid hotel and stay. The location is great and the facilities are solid. I slept well and had no issues. They provide a nice free baked treat each morning and there's a free coffee machine in the lobby. Nothing extravagant but most definitely comfortable and clean.

There was one male front desk personnel in the morning who declined to help call a restaurant to make reservations. We asked because of the language issues and he declined with a disapproving look and no smile. This was after his very nice lady peer asked him to help us as she was still helping an elderly customer.

Super friendly staff, probably the best out of my month staying in Japan in different properties! Room was very large compared to the standard here and location very convenient, only a few minutes to the nearest train station (Susukino) and about a 10 min walk from Odori park and Sapporo TV tower.

The hotel is located in the central area, many restaurants and shops around. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, they helped us to fill the forms to ship the luggage to the next hotel. Everything including common spaces was very clean. The hotel offers free coffee and snacks as well as toiletries.

The hotel was in perfect location - near train station if you need one for a trip outside of Sapporo, near key places/city center that you can just walk the Ramen Alley, Susukino Street and the Sapporo Tower. The free snack/bread in the morning, and all day free coffee was excellent and deeply appreciated. The room was spacious enough for the 2beds, for 2 people. I think this is excellent considering usual smaller hotel rooms even for 2, in Japan.

We had a pleasant stay at the B Sapporo hotel. Nice cozy room & great location. Located 5 mins walk to Tanukikoji shopping street. Complementary snack & coffee at the lobby. But they don't provide bottle water in the room. The staff are friendly & service were excellent. I would like to say thank you to Mr Yamauchi & Ms Takeda for your great hospitality.

No water in the hotel.

The location is great. Odori Park and Susukino is pretty close. Sapporo station is maybe a 10-12 min walk. You get a free item in the morning. When we stayed, it was egg tarts.

The small free breakfast consisted of a pastry which was delicious and a nice surprise. Definitely high value for the price, it was comfortable and also in an excellent location. Staff was great as well, washing machine/dryer available on site.

For being a new hotel, the carpet was incredibly dirty. I would not pay for the “breakfast”. For me it was included in the price, but in every konbini you get something better for the money.

hotel sign is too small, we had a hard time finding the hotel even with address and google map, people did not know about the hotel maybe its new!!
