A small remark would be that our room could benefit from renovation at some point. It is very clean but looked a bit dated.

Great location, next to everything in Asakusa as well as metro / Narita metro (Access Tokyu line). Fantastic view frm lobby and observation deck. Super spacious room for Tokyo, great staff.

Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Everything immaculate and well maintained. We also felt safe knowing we were to use the key lock to operate the elevator. We loved the roof bar s privacy and attention to detail. The location is spot on and ideal for being close to everything the station

Stunning hotel with fabulous rooftop views. We enjoyed the location immensely as it meant we could visit Sensoji before and after the crowds. It is also great for Kappabashi shopping too.

Husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a comfortable stay - room was great and staff were friendly. Special mention to the great view of asakusa from the 13th floor lobby, and the location was convenient (walking distance to the metro). Do try the breakfast if you can, it was a great way to start the say! Lovely stay overall.

Centrally located in Asakusa. Perfect choice for my first night in Tokyo. Very spacious rooms by Japanese standards and a beautiful view over the city from the restaurant.

Petty much perfect and as expected. Check out timings could be a bit better, but unfortunately they do not allow for a much later check out - though they will hold your bags for you.

An amazing room with a modern vibe, located in the heart of Asakusa. Mere minutes away from a 7/11, and Kaminarimon, as well as the Mameshiba dog cafe. Fantastic amenities, and a great sky balcony as well to enjoy the view.

The WiFi was not strong and fast.

The hotel is very close to Sensoji and it has a great view from the top floor lobby and from the rooftop terrace of both Sensoji and the Skytree. The restaurant was good. We stayed there to be close to the Tobu Asakusa station as we scheduled a trip on the Spacia X train to Nikko.

Television could have modernised , adding more channels especially English channels would be helpful .

The location is very prime . Sensoji temple is very close. Bus stop is in front of the hotel . Train station is in walkable distance. 7 eleven and many shops and restaurants near by .

Limited restaurant menu that wouldn't have been an issue if it hadn't been pouring with rain. Location offered plenty of choice! Probably unfair to criticise due to weather!!

Great location near temples and River for cruises. Beautiful roof garden and bar but couldn't appreciate it due to rain Great staff! But that seems to be standard in Japan.!!! 2 minute walk to temples and river port

The breakfast left a bit to be desired, it was a combination of a la carte with a choice of three main menu item. I wish it had been more of a traditional Japanese breakfast, I found the French toast to be quite soggy. If you don’t mind the limited options then you’ll be fine.

The location cannot be beat and the views from the terrace are simply incredible. Staff is accommodating and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and they offered a number of unique ways to make our stay special! That was so appreciated. At breakfast they had fresh squeezed orange juice and incredible locally source honey.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views, and the skilled bar staff craft fantastic drinks to complement the experience. The room size surpassed our expectations, especially considering Japan's standards. Situated in the heart of Asakusa, the location is perfect for immersing oneself in the vibrant energy of the area. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out, allowing us to explore freely until our evening flight.

Arrived at breakfast ONE minute after “last orders” and 29 minutes before end of breakfast period only to be turned away. Buffet had clearly been cleared well before our one minute late arrival.
