The rooftop bar was disappointing. We went up and immediately down, no view at all…. We noticed this as well at another hotel from this chain.

The room was perfect. We staid in 2 different rooms and also the most simple one was ok. Enough space as well. The location is great! Just short work to the temple and in the middle of the crowded area. Breakfast was fine, with nice cappuccino’s as well.

Great hotel with a lovely residents only bar overlooking the Sky Tower. The staff were lovely and the breakfast excellent. Very close to the subway and local sights.

The room was spacious for Japanese standards and the bathrooms were updated and clean. Great location in Asakusa across the street from the Senso-ji temple which was very convenient. We were also able to walk to Tokyo Skytree which was nice!

Room carpet, breakfast Buffett could use more variety for long stays main dish is repetitive but still I will take it since quality was great.

Super Location, top breakfast quality, staff courtesy, feel very safe, close walk to train station, across from sensoji temple, sky tree and convenience stores.Terrace, lobby and restaurant have amazing views.

We wanted to send laundry, but it was extremely expensive. Opted for a nearby coin laundromat.

Great location in Asakusa, very close to Asakusa station and Senso-ji temple. Rooms are a pretty good size compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The staff were very professional, spoke good english and very helpful, including helping us with sending luggage to our next hotel.

The furnitures were old and tired. The lobby looks sad despite the view.. Generally the hotel looked old and tired. But service and comfort are still excellent.

Location is AMAZING. Directly opposite the main street of asakusa. Supermarker downstairs. Beauty store jus downstairs, lots of food around.

Expensive if you opt for anything other than the basic room. We changed our room on arrival as it was very small as was right next to the elevator

Close to amenities and subway. Easy to find places to eat out in the evenings. The hotel is part of a bigger building taking floors 7 to 13 reception is on 13th floor

The bathroom has a musty smell that's a bit off-putting. We tried leaving the fans on but the smell lingers. Need better ventilation

Location is perfect for us to explore the area surrounding. Public transportation was great. The views from the top floors and restaurants/bars were very nice. Rooms were spacious with good amenities

The wardrobe was tiny and we could not really unpack our things. The breakfast had limited options. I would add more fresh vegetables. The pillows were too flat for my taste. The cleaning service could be better as there was some glitter under our bed left by the previous guests.

The hotel is located just a few steps from the Senso-ji Temple and is easy to reach from both airports. It has a beautiful view over the shrine and Tokyo Skytree. The staff was helpful and spoke good English.

A small remark would be that our room could benefit from renovation at some point. It is very clean but looked a bit dated.

Great location, next to everything in Asakusa as well as metro / Narita metro (Access Tokyu line). Fantastic view frm lobby and observation deck. Super spacious room for Tokyo, great staff.

Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Everything immaculate and well maintained. We also felt safe knowing we were to use the key lock to operate the elevator. We loved the roof bar s privacy and attention to detail. The location is spot on and ideal for being close to everything the station

Stunning hotel with fabulous rooftop views. We enjoyed the location immensely as it meant we could visit Sensoji before and after the crowds. It is also great for Kappabashi shopping too.

Husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a comfortable stay - room was great and staff were friendly. Special mention to the great view of asakusa from the 13th floor lobby, and the location was convenient (walking distance to the metro). Do try the breakfast if you can, it was a great way to start the say! Lovely stay overall.
