Barely nothing, but the filter on the ceiling in the bathroom was not clean.

Great access from Narita airport, free shuttle bus was helpful, the convenience store at the hotel. Staff were kind enough. Reasonable priced. Thanks!

Yiou have to take a shuttle and there are a lot of people so it might be crowded.

If you want to have a nice stay before going to the airport, this hotel is perfect. We had two rooms for 3 people and it was cheap. There is a Konbini inside the hotel for snacks and food. You have to take a shuttle at the airport to arrive at the hotel. The breakfast is very nice (a mix of asian food and continental breakfast).

The curtains didn't keep all the light out but it was a minor problem since I had an early flight out.

Simple but good breakfast included in the room rate. Simple but clean bathroom that was equipped with a ceiling mounted "waterfall shower head". A nice surprise.

I hope to get more capacious room, with availability of early breakfast, as the sheinkansen trian start it's first trip so early, so, I travel without getting by breakfast

The location from the airport is so close, with available, free, Easly accessie shuttle for transportation from and to the airport Good attitude from reception team Accepted organized clean room The room space is some what tight, not so comfortable But, acceptae for single visitor, with just came to slight a night and travel next day at morning And regarding the cost, it's value for money in comparison to other choices

The convenience store was packed, and the ilse were small, so you have to squeeze through to get in.

Good value, breakfast included, location close to airport, shuttle to/from airport.

Very isolated in industrial area. No pleasant places to walk, very few services and conveniences nearby—stores, restaurants, etc. 4:00pm check-in is not convenient and they will charge for earlier check-in. Many people hanging out all afternoon, then a mad rush to check in.

Bus to narita terminal 3 until 6:50 am only. My flight is early so i was not able to take my breakfast.

The convenience store was too small and too busy. The lighting in the public area was too bright.

Shuttle bus was available and good schedule. The lady at the front desk was helpful. The room was clean.

They only had a smoking room available which was not so nice. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking

The check-in was a bit chaotic as there was an old block and a new one so it was confusing as to which one you had booked in.

Location to Narita airport and the free shuttle service makes it very convenient if you have an early morning flight out.

Communication

Very awkward without Japanese language skills. Somehow muddled a late evening arrival and early departure.

The rooms are small but adequate. This is a standard big airport hotel.

Location was excellent - close to the airport. The free shuttle runs often. Breakfast buffet was very generous and interesting. Price is good.

Nothing in particular, just that the room was really tiny that fully opening a luggage was not even possible, but not really a problem for us.

Very convenient location near the airport with shuttle available, stayed here on our day of arrival and had some good rest. Room was tiny but has everything. Breakfast included has good variety.
