The staffs were nice to assist us with luggage delivery to our next hotel and also with all out enquires and there is also washing machine for us to wash and dry clothes.

The breakfast was very traditionel Japanese, rice and cury as the only option. It was not bad, but after 4 days with the same rice and cury meal, we got kind of tired of it. But if you like rice and cury, then it is great. The beds and pillows were too stuff.

They only took out the trash and changed towels everyday, and every 4 days they would clean the room and change the sheets.

The toilet in the hotel tends to be quite noisy both during the filling of its tank and when flushing.

This hotel's location is conveniently situated within walking distance of multiple local train stations, as well as convenience stores and a diverse selection of dining options. While Tokyo station requires a bit more walking compared to the other nearby stations, it's still easily accessible on foot. It's worth noting that the hotel provides breakfast featuring curry, which results in a distinct aroma permeating the lobby and occasionally the hotel entrance. However, this scent doesn't extend beyond these areas. While it may be off-putting for some, we personally found it rather enjoyable.

Bathroom were a bit cramped and double bed for 2 people a bit small.

Straightforward 10/ 15 min walk from Tokyo station. Located on a back street well away from traffic noises. The room were very well priced. Staff was very friendly and made sure our rooms were next to each others. We could leave our luggages in the lobby until checking in. Walking to the snow shop area was 20minutes and going past lots of food place.

Everything was as it was listed on Booking.com. The rooms were small but functional, everything was very clean, only about 400 metres walk from a JR station coming directly from Narita airport. We arrived around 11pm and check-in was open. We only had to walk a few blocks to find a 24-hour restaurant that was open at midnight to have dinner after a long flight. The hotel was quiet despite being in a busy part of the city.

This hotel has been the biggest disappointment I ever experienced in Tokyo. The room size is one of my main criteria to choose an hotel (preferably more than 20 square meters, with a minimum of 16 sq m). They state that their twin room is 16 sq m; it is centrally located so I chose it. Unfortunately the twin room was way smaller than that: 2 people can barely move in the room, it was difficult to open our suitcases, no usable table/desk and chair. So I measured the room myself, and it was close to 13 sq m !! :( . Also cleaning was poorly done (crumbles, hairs from previous customers). Bathroom lock was not working properly: once you hang your clothes, the locked door opens.

20 minutes walk from Tokyo station (transportation will take 25 minutes). If you arrive late at night at Haneda airport (after 11:30 pm), there will be no public transportation anymore: the hotel is a 20 minutes fast ride by taxi (10.000 yens). 2 department stores nearby (Mitsukoshi main branch and Takashimaya). Also a small supermarket (Maruetsu Petit: better choice than combinis and cheaper). A Yamato delivery agency across the “highway” if you need to send your luggages to your next hotel or to the airport.
