Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaOnsen was a little busy. We thought there was another lounge downstairs with microwave and vending machines but there was just reception area lobby chairs and then a business lounge we couldn't use. Reception staff asked us to use the check in machines but often these machines don't work for people booking with booking.com. We told them this but they probably didn't understand. Made us try anyway and then when it didn't work had to check us in manually anyway.
Hotel had everything we needed. Great location next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Onsen was nice. The tv even shows you how busy the onsen is. Also shows you if the washing machines and dryers are free. All the toiletries and teas are downstairs so just take them up to your room. Overall a good hotel with everything you need in a great location. Wifi was good.

Great location with carpark onsite (limited) and fantastic helpful staff. All the amenities you need are provided and the hotel even has a public bath (onsen) which is great. Location is super handy…we did have a car but you really don’t need one. Everything is walkable and accessible.

Good location… easy access to shopping malls and train/bus stations. The best is no need to bring pyjamas during stay as the Hotel will provide pyjamas and will replace it everyday just like a towel.

SingaporeIt's along a busy street, so it's difficult to spot the hotel entrance and find convenient spot to park car and offload luggage as we drove. Hotel carpark also unable to cater for big cars, so have to park at another nearby carpark.
Nice and clean hotel room, and very good size for 5 persons. Very value for money. There are eateries and convenient stores nearby, so very convenient.
