I would think for a one person room, the price could be a tiny bit lower than it was.

I like the location of the hotel, in between the subway station/downtown area, and the beach/harbor. The room is clean an bed is comfortable. Shower is excellent.

Room was smallish, as to be expected of most Japanese hotels.

The building was easy to find because of its distinct architecture. Reception was organized, and all the little perks of free coffee and croffles in the evening made it so homely. The room was well-equipped, shower was large, and rooms sound-proofed.

Hotel was great overall, the Sannomiya area of Kobe was just not our cup of tea.

The hotel is a clean and modern part of an otherwise "dirty" part of Kobe. Can't fault the hotel for the general atmosphere outside on the street, so this hotel scores higher than the score I would give Kobe as a whole (or at least this area of Kobe). Staff was very nice and the dining lounge was nice with complementary coffee and places to seat and work or eat food you purchased and brought back to the hotel. There's a Donki right across the street and we were walking distance from Sannomiya Station Bus Terminal, which we used to get to Awaji Island.

Walk for about 10 minutes with luggage from the bus stop from the airport

Very good location, close to metros and JR station. There are lots of restaurants around. Provide free dessert and drinks at night.

It was very new, clean, nice design, bigger room!! -- compare to other hotels in Japan. There is sitting area where there are tea and coffee service for free for guests. In the evening they also have dessert like croffle. It's kind of nice! We asked for recommendation of a good Kobe beef restaurant, the staff answered us with good place. We really enjoyed it! Nearby you can walk to 7-11, Lawson, Don Quixote and so many choices of food!

The hotel is quite modern and lean toward lifestyle hotel. The size of the room, the comfort level, the bathroom amenity, everything is way exceeding the price. Many great restaurants, supermarket, coffee shop are just steps from the hotel. If I ever visit Kobe again, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel had a nice arty feel. It was a very good location for us and the room had a great layout - with a separate toilet room, plenty of space to move around and a good coffee maker. The breakfast room had big windows looking onto the active one way street with a tasty breakfast. At night they had “croffles” (waffles made from croissants) with a flavored topping and blueberries! It’s close to a metro stop and easy to get around.

We love the location. Staff are very helpful. The room is spacious and clean. They even provide face mask and skin care. We have stayed with these hotel chains in Hokkaido before and love the extra cares they provide. We will definitely look for the same chain for our next destination in Japan again.

Always lost the direction back from various levels in the terminal & poor sign to find the hotel . Honestly it’s not the hotel but just too complicated underground.

Very central for transportation esp to airport rapid train. The staffs are excellent. Very helpful.
