The only downside is the location directly near the train tracks. Even with 4 glass windows/doors you will notice the trains coming by every minute. But its sleeppable if you not very sensitive.

There is no closet to store your clothes apart from a few hangers. Would be great if there is a shelf or hooks next to the door where you could put your stuff (a corner where the bins are would be ideal for a such a shelf). I would also put chairs and a table on the balcony so guests can enjoy a view while having a breakfast or a coffee.

Location is a top notch. Close to all shops, metro and train station, restaurants. Easy check in.

The directions to the location need to be modified as the building is not called what is on the booking site. It’s a completely different name on the building where you enter.

The location was incredible!!! Easy to get to so many places and by a great Starbucks!

It would have been nice to have a seat in the foyer, we arrived early and couldnt leave bags, but there is nowhere to be able to sit and wait for the room, I noticed many other visitorson other days in the same predicament, sitting on their rucksacks or cases or on the floor of the foyer. Great balcony but it was missing a couple of things, whatabout two small chairs and a small table? Somewhere to actually sit and have a cup of tea, there are cooking facilities but no table, sit on the bed and eat off your lap. Also a dish towel would be great to dry dishes. There is a washing machine, that was great too, but nothing to hang your smalls on, had to take shirts off the coathangers to hang socks etc. ( we were there for 6 nights) but all eventually navagatable.

There is just beds, so not sure whats the use of the kitchen - maybe to eat on the floor. It was very loud, you can hear every train. I have not seen a slower wifi in a hotel, basically unusable. Wasnt the cleanest hotel, found some hair, trash, certain ereas are full of dust. Balcony could use a chair and a table, its just an empty space.

Failry spacious, very central, had a washing machine. Staff was very helpful. Has some ameneties, no keys needed, self checkin is quick.

Nothing!! We loved it! It has no service staff, just the excess codes, the room code works exactly after the check in time 4pm and took me a while figuring out that after putting the code, wait for 2 seconds then the door can be open. no cleaning during our stay for the three nights, which is fine.

Walking distance from the airport bus drop off at Osaka Station. Great facilities even have a washing machine, fridge, microwave, convenient when we buy food market ready made food. 5min walk to the big shopping mall 大阪三番. The two double beds were with thick fine quality down quilts and pillows. We will definitely come back next time in Osaka!.

It was very difficult finding the building the first time. Also with gps not very easy because the name is slightly different. In the end I recognize it by the entrance photo.

No table or chair, I asked but got a corporate answer that eliminated the request. It's got a good kitchen but you would need to eat or drink on the bed. I finally turned one of the oversized garbage cans upside down to hold a plate and cup while sitting on the bed. Kind of disgusting.

Located next to the train track and even though it has 4 layers of windows it’s noisy. No wardrobe just a few hangers. No glasses and knifes in the kitchenette. Very bad internet. No in between cleaning even though we stayed 8 days. Dirty carpet in the room.

Super Location but noisy with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and metro in walking distance. As no reception the staff answered my questions very prompt using booking.com chat.

It was a little cramped for 3 adults.

It was in a great location and it was very clean. A little cramped for 3 people but still ok for us as we spent most of our time sightseeing.
