Satisfied with staff, bed, location, food, everything they offer. Silent room, soft bed,I like privacy after long day in the city. Beakfast is nice; coffee&tea, juices, bread,pancakes, cerials, ham&cheese, jams and more. Location is great; few minutes to the center of Ponta Delgada, restaurants & bars nearby... Kitchen offers much space to prepare food..so.. Book and enjoy your stay. :) Recommended

If you have car dont expect spacious parking spaces around the hotel. Streets are narrow. In front of hostel not always a parkins sport available. You better park on the first empty parking spot you see near the Hostel. Area is safe. Ponta Delgada lookt very safe to me.

Clean shared kitchen, the type of guest were friendly and talkative. Hostel gave wide range of foods to eat in your basket. Everything is orderly.

The rooms were not soundproof. I woke up several times at night when other people would go up or down the stairs. Also, there was humidity in our bedroom.

The location is perfect, we could walk to any place in Ponta Delgada. The bread at breakfast was sooooo good, I will never forget it! The garden was a pleasant surprise and our room was also good.

I stayed in the female room and it was super nice. Comfortable beds, curtains for privacy, very nice and clean bathrooms, lockers under the bed. Everything was fine. Breakfast was okay. Well located. Very good option for that price.

In the private bathroom, there was a light and air extraction activated by a motion sensor, which turned on with every movement and disturbed us a bit at night with its noise. One wall was partially damp and with swollen plaster, probably due to a water leak in the wall. We looked at it with disbelief for a whole week, but the condition was still the same and the moisture did not spread. On the private terrace there was a wooden table with two chairs, which had partially rotted and the wooden parts were falling off. If they had replaced them, our stay would have been perfect.

Perfect place for a few days. We stayed in the accommodation for a whole week and the central location of Ponta Delgada on the island of São Miguel makes it the perfect place to start all your trips. Excellent location even within the city. Only a few minutes walk to the best restaurants in the city, or to the harbor, where you can also swim. If you have rented a car, it is possible to park in two parking lots for just a minute or 3 minutes on foot from the accommodation. You can also park on the street, but it is not for faint-hearted drivers, as the streets around are narrow. The accommodation also offers a simple breakfast consisting of (excellent) local bread, ham, cheese, jams, muesli and cornflakes, milk, and coffee. Sandwiches can also be baked in a contact grill. In addition, the kitchen is well equipped and you also have a refrigerator with your compartment for storing food. So you can easily cook your own food for lunch or dinner. The room was clean with a view of the garden and the ocean (above the roof).

Overall the hostel was great. You need to bring your own towel or rent one for 3 Euro (towels seem to take ages to dry and I used the towel I brought with me a lot going to hot springs, etc) Ponta Delgada is tricky to get around by bus. We had a hire car which was really helpful (or you can book tours). I found a girl on an Azores Facebook travel group to share the car with.

The location was great. It had a lovely homely feel and everyone was friendly. I arrived late and the instructions and self check in were really easy. The nice simple breakfast (included) was great. They left information about the area and activity ideas at reception. Having 4 beds with curtains and a bathroom with two showers was great too.

It would be nice if the room would get minor cleaning every two or three days or so, as we stayed for 8 days and dragged in a lot of sand from the beach. The rest of the hostel was very clean and tidy! The patio and living room can be noisy at night due the the accoustics (even though it is supposed to be quiet at 10 pm).

Great hostel at a perfect spot in Ponta Delgada. The staff is super friendly and will answer all your questions. There were even some treats when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden/terrace is great to have breakfast or dinner outside. I would defenitely recommend this hostel.

All-around great stay — the staff and facilities are great, with the six-bed female dorm being really spacious and comfortable (and with privacy curtains, an individual light and an outlet for each bed). The bathrooms are large and well designed for cleaning up after long days of trekking or swimming, and the common areas are cozy and well thought-out. Plus, the breakfast is a nice tough and a great way to meet others!

Good location, close to the town center. Breakfast included in price, good range of bread, cereals, teas, coffees etc. Very comfortable beds. Very clean facilities. Staff and other guests were very friendly, it felt like more of a house than a hostel.
