This was more like an Airbnb. There was no one at the reception. Although the staff was very responsive when you message them.

While the area is very quiet, the noise came from other guests. The building is quite echo-y, so the stomping with shoes and constant door slamming above and around us wasn’t pleasant. Perhaps the noises could be dampened by floor coverings or something.

Lovely big room with double bed, kitchen area and table. Nice big shower. Bed very comfortable. Bed covers and towels changed several times during our stay. Room was lovely and spacious. Two minute wak to main area of the city, very good location.

The place is clean, and the owner is very helpful. The location is excellent for restaurant access and trips outside Ponta Delgada. Bicycles that can be rented at PDL Green House are highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the terrace is beautiful and never too busy, the bed was big and comfortable. The details of the buildings and the interior are really well done, you can tell it was done with care, and we just felt good staying here.

The microwave didn’t work. Other than when we first arrived, we didn’t see any staff on site. The woman who checked us in didn’t speak English but we managed to communicate.

Very clean room, location in the center of Ponta Delgada, which was very convenient, and parking was available around the block (payment needed, though). The staff was very polite and helpful!

Keep in mind that there is only street parking (it is mentioned in the details but we didn’t pay attention when booking). Also you can only pay with coins, make sure to put the parking ticket on the dash. A few free parking lots nearby but not always available.

No staff other than the cleaning personnel was present in the 3 days we were there - all was communicated by phone/whatsapp. Response there was swift and helpful.

The only thing lacking in the apartment was a wardrobe. Most of the clothes has to be stored in the suitcase during the stay.

Green House is situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada and has an easy access to all key spots in the city. Great localization! Facilities inside of the apartment were very comfortable (including fridge and kitchen equipment) and the room itself was quite spacious. The big terrace facing east gives an opportunity to enjoy morning coffee outside :).

The only negative point was that the room didn't have view or balcony. Lacked of natural light. Not a deal breaker though, since we were out the whole day.

Location was amazing, central and quiet. Room was very nice and clean, had some basic appliances that make your travel easier (like hairdryer and espresso machine..) also, very comfy beds and pillows, beautifully designed. We slept great! Lourenco was very helpful and thoughtful.

Everything was great and these are minor suggestions. As I was there to work having a plug to connect the laptop next to the table would be helpful. Might be a good idea to add a note next to coffee machine to watch it as if doesn’t stop pouring until you stop it and it overloaded as I didn’t realize. But great coffee machine and so great to have all this coffee capsules available.

I was on the top floor next to the terrace. The loft was very modern and comfortable, spotless, with direct access to the terrace, excellent WiFi connection. Lots of coffee capsules with coffee maker. In the centre so easy walking distance to everywhere and very helpful staff. I needed laundry they offered the service at a good price. They recommended places for me... I would certainly come back

The house is not particularly soundproof.

The rooms are nice, well equipped and quite large, the rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. It's perfectly located in the city centre and you can get everywhere by foot.
