Stunning property with perfectly manicured grounds. It was peaceful and quiet, the staff were so friendly. We did not want our week there to end.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the stay so so much! The amposhpere of this place was expectional! I have booked this property because of ratings and it was even better! The size of bed is comfortable and has normal size, even some ratings say small. No mold, no other problems. We enjoyed little gifts during our stay, garden and views. Host and stuff were very kind. Thank you Paulo for creating this oasis.

The first time, it was a little bit difficult to find the location.

Wonderful location with big area. There is a small garden inside when we can pick different fruits. The room has everything and was very clean. Special gifts from the hotel were very nice. The apartment was big and 2 levels. The air-conditioning was very nice. We were given a lot of recommendations about San Miguel, a tourist place, restaurants and so on. Next time I would like to stay at the same location.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Fresh bananas, oranges and lettuce available to pick on property.

The staff were super friendly, giving you the best tips about the island. The rooms were nice and spacious, and we loved the big windows. The location is great if you have a car (or taxi), although one night we decided to walk from São Roque and it took us 40 minutes maximum. We had a little kitchen so we could cook breakfast. Cleaning personnel came every day.

Location was great, just a a couple of min. from the city and a lot of great restaurant near by. (You need a car) The room was great, very clean and super cozy. We came with our baby so the did put a crib and a baby chair in our apartement which was super nice. The host was super friendly! They have a pool we couldn't use because of the weather but it looked great.

It don’t have a dryer available on site only a washer. The host did response but was a bit slow to respond from time to time.

The property was quiet, it has orange and banana available to eat on the property “fresh off the tree”. It is only “5” minute away from the city center. Beautiful home design. A smooth check in and check out process.

Everything was ok just that travelling with kids we need to wash cloth and there was not dryer machine, so our cloths took some time to dry since the weather is humid and it was raining some days. I will recommend the owner to buy one will be really helpful for families with kids.

The place is really nice and clean. Decoration is really nice. The kids really like the area because they could go around with no problem and even pick some fruits from their trees. The staff was really helpful. They gave us a lot of tips and recommendations for our trip.

Elegant spacious suite with modern architecture in a most relaxing setting. We picked fresh salad and basil from the garden each day. A perfect location to relax after a day of exploring. Easy access to all routes on the island. The host gave us a tour of the beautiful property and helped us to plan our first days of exploring. The rooms were impeccably cleaned each day. We were very fortunate to find this delightful property so conveniently located for driving throughout the island. It felt very elegant yet in a more rural setting on the outskirts of the city. We hope to be back!

We disliked nothing, but a roll of paper kitchen towels will do.

This accommodation is a perfect place if you want to have on one hand peace and quiet in the morning/evening and on the other, a very convenient starting point to travel around the island. It is very spacious, air-conditioned and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. You have access to the pool and sunbeds and a washing machine. Each apartment has its own terrace. Towel service is provided daily, together with dark towels for the beach/ hot water places around the island. There is a daily cleaning service. They give you a welcome carton of milk and some local bread. A bottle of filtered water is also provided daily. You have a tea/coffee set as well. They have a couple of orange trees in the garden, but it was not the season for oranges when we stayed there. But we did use lettuce and herbs to our salds every morning! Paulo Roberto who introduced us to the place, is very professional, helpful and resourceful! He gave us all the necessary tourist info and tips how to get the most out of the island as we were really into visiting every corner of Sao Miguel. Communication process was very smooth and effective; Paulo responded immediately to all our messages before our stay. There is enough space for everybody to park the car and it is conveniently located - just a quick drive from the airport, the center of Ponta Delgada, a supermarket, a pineapple plantation and some beaches. The one we recommend is Agua d'Alto Beach in the south of the island. We are definitely going to come back, especially that we had 11 sunny days on Sao Miguel, which added up to our amazing experience! Thank you!

The only thing I would have changed was the washing machine facility was shared and we found it tricky to be able to use it as it was never free. It didn’t impact our experience though.

The property was stunning, clean and extremely comfortable. The pool facilities were fantastic and unexpectedly there was a fruit and vegetable garden that we were able to use at our leisure or cooking!

We loved everything! The place is designed with so much good taste, with lots of details to make your stay easy, the calm, really clean, no noises at all so it is the perfect place is you want to relax. They also have a swimming pool, an amazing garden with fruit trees… we will go back for sure!
