It is a great hostel. I really love it. Not far from airport (I just walked) and in the center, you can find everything you want. And staff is so nicee, they said beautiful places to visit and answered all my questions. It was awesome experience. Muito obrigada:)

Maybe the breakfast did not have much options, but we did not care that much about it so it was really not an issue.

We had a great stay at the Nook Hostel, high quality for a low price. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. We only shared the apartment with the another couple, so we never had issue with the common areas. The toilet was also very clean and nice. If you have a car, there are free parking spaces 5 minutes from the apartment (like the Park Hotel). We definitely recommend this hostel if you are looking for a place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Clean, quiet hostel with excellent and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable the bathroom was clean and modern. The kitchen had everything I could need and a local laundromat located around the corner was very convenient.

The Nook Hostel is simply a great place to stay! I had a very comfortable room on the third floor, which was quiet and pretty big. On the floor there is a shared bathroom (for 2 rooms) and a shared fully equipped kitchen. There is also another big kitchen on the ground floor, where breakfast is served. Everything is very clean and cosy. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again at the Nook!

This is an immaculate hostel that is well cared for, and is thoughtfully designed for the traveler to have everything. The kitchen had everything you need and the breakfast was generously supplied. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet because the windows are well insulated in canceling any outside noise. The other guests are very respectful. This is a very quiet Hostel the bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is strong and the water is hot. There is a laundromat a block away and very convenient. The hosts responded immediately to any questions and were always available to help. Alex had many great suggestions for activities on the island. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The location was ideal. I highly recommend booking here, and I will definitely return.

Clean and lovely accommodation with great breakfast. Ricardo was very responsive and incredibly helpful in organising tours and car rental and helping to plan my time on the island. Mariana went above and beyond to make my stay memorable :)

The reception is not always open and we had to wait a little bit when we arrived even if we notified our time of arrival. The host though, was very nice and made it possible to let us in in the main time.

Great position in one of the main streets that goes to the centre. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms. The kitchen offers all mod cons and the breakfast served is simple but abundant. The host is always available by phone for any necessities, leaving us many suggestions for places to eat and visit.

The location is very good, in the middle of the city, but it's not too loud. We rented the apartment and we had all the equipment we needed in the kitchen etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Nook Hostel was perfect for my stay in Sao Miguel for 3 nights. The location was very central. Terhikki was super helpful throughout my stay. Once I mentioned I’ll be renting a car, she also provided a suggested parking area via whatsapp before my check-in. She also gave me a suggested list to do during my stay, which shows that she really goes above and beyond for her guests.
