“Checked in and learned that we had 1 king size bed,we expected 2 queen beds so then we were given a military/jail style twin cot that was very uncomfortable..better then nothing I guess but we were a family of 4 and needed 2 queen beds and we never got new towels the 2nd day and when I asked the front desk…they had none!!”
