Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

EVEN I INFORM THEM THAT I WILL BE ARRIVING LATE AS MY FLIGH WAS LANDED ONLY 11 PM IN RIYADH. I INFORMED THEM ALREADY THIS EARLIER DURING MY BOOKING. SO THEY INSIST THE PAYMENT THEN THEY CAN GUARANTEE THE BOOKING. BUT WHEN I REACH THE HOTEL THEY INFORMED ME NO MORE ROOMS AVAILBLE. THEN I HAVE TO TAKE THIS WITH THE GUYS THERE AND THEY LUCKY TO ARRANGE ANOTHER HOTEL NEAR THEM, THEY RECEPTIONEST TOLD ME THAT HE CALLED ME AT 10 PM AND MY MOBILE WAS OFF. I ALREADY INFORMED THEM I WILL BE LATE THATS WHY I PAID THEM FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE.

I didn't get any towels, WIFI was very bad and Don't pay Online Just Pay at the counter when you arrive. if you pay online money will not be transact at the same day nor same time paying at the counter is a best option and were limited channels on T.V.
Fair Hotel. Rooms were very clean. I have arrived at night 2:00 am and they agreed to extend my time till 6:00 pm that's so kind of them but i asked them before 1 day to agree on my conditions.

The rooms and the bathroom were dirty, and everything inside was broken. Also he forced me to sign some documentation regarding the policy. Also I noticed that the name of the hotel is different than what i saw in the booking app!! Also when I asked them to change the room he refused without explanation!
