The toilet being separate from the shower was unusual but manageable. The restaurant had a lot of mosquitoes, and I was badly bitten, so insect repellent is a must.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, with access to a private beach. The property is well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I had the best sleep of my life. Breakfast had a great selection and was a daily highlight.

There were some plumbing issues where the water wasn't coming on in the room and when it did it run brown so I assume there's probably some upgrades needed there.

This resort was beautiful with all of the lovely gardens and pools. Its a very unique place to stay and carries a truly special relaxing vibe. I made use of the spa during my stay and could not fault anything. We ventured out each night for dinner so I can't leave any comments about the food but will say the breakfasts where amazing. Everything was very fresh. I also tried the Thai boxing which was an absolute highlight of my trip. The guys who took the class where the best ! Everything was so clean, the pool was cleaned regularly and the plants and gardens where just the most perfect setting.

Very late in cleaning the room. One day we left the room at seven in the morning and came back to rest at three and found that the room had not been cleaned. We were compensated one hundred and fifty baht. The cleanliness of the room is not good and definitely not satisfactory. Clean towels were not always left and we had to ask. The bathroom or toilets were not cleaned. And there was dirt on the floor that remained throughout the week! Sometimes there was no water in the sink and shower. The pool is not always clean. There were days it was full of dead insects, sand and dry leaves. The prices in the bar and restaurant are very expensive. You should know that the beach is not suitable for swimming, it is full of rocks and all week it was wavy and dangerous.

A beautiful and wonderful hotel for those who love nature and Thai atmosphere. We especially liked the well-kept gardens and the lush tropical vegetation and the charming sculptures placed among the plants. We felt like we were in botanical gardens. We stayed in the cottage on the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of fruits, cakes, vegetables and stews. The pools are spacious and beautiful. The beach is wild and full of crabs.

A lot of mosquitoes around hotel due to all the trees and plants. Really was eating a live by the pool. Only one cable cart to room running during our stay.

The shower was cold and the mattress was hard but these are minor issues that wouldn’t prevent us from revisiting.

All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The little touches for the kids like plastic crockery and cutlery, high chairs for kids as well as babies made life so much easier. Pool access room was so convenient and plenty of shaded areas in and around the pool for us to relax in. We LOVED feeding time with the piglets and the little play area was a hit for our son. The gardens are beautiful and lovely to walk through.

The private beach, lagoon pool, the hillside suite rooms, and so on. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Ms. Tiffy at the front office was very welcoming and made the check in process incredibly smooth.

Housekeeping services is not upto the mark. You will have to remind them multiple times to get some basic things like towels, coffee sachets, etc which they had initially missed to replace it.

The pool was dangerous to be in at night. We witnessed a snake like creature at around 6.45pm therefore we believe there should be adequate light to the pool if its open until late. The beach was rocky and there were lots of jellyfish. The pool bar staff on the 17th April 2024 were unaccomodative and unprofessional. The garden view room needs improvement since one of our rooms did not meet the standards we expected. The AC did not work at the garden view room and the lock from the inside did not work, which we had to complain of.

Breakfast was good. The garden was beautiful.

The luandry service is super expensive and over price with low quality, they didnt iron my clothes at all and they charge for 3,00baht.

Even though we booked for a twin room and at the reception they confirmed that the room was indeed a twin one, but into the room we had a double bad. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for them to change and remake the beds. The view from the garden view villa was partially blocked by the other villas, having only a small place to admire their garden. Also at the restaurant there are some items that you can see on the TVs from there that arent in the menu. (For example: pizza). The hotel looked decent even though it is old and they could make small changes (some tiles are broken in the villas teracces). Also I think it is a bit overpriced for what it has to offer.

If you have a swim up poolside room there’s A LOT of mosquitos. The beach isn’t very accessible towards the afternoon due to low tide.

I love how beautiful the property is! the staff are very friendly, the food at the restaurant is AMAZING, very nice pool, and I loved the beach! the snorkeling is very pretty.

The location isn’t great, with no restaurants on the beach or long tail boats able to dock due to the coral. The beach itself, is nice but not the best in Phuket by any means. It’s also not walking distance to any town and the shuttles to nearby Kamala and Patong are not that regular (only one to Kamala a day). If you have a room “hillside” be warned. It is the slowest funicular train up I’ve ever sat in. Half our party were located here and it did ruin their holiday a bit being se far away from the pool, restaurants, and it taking so long. I would suggest a room on the beach or swim up room.

The pool and gardens are the stand out features of this property. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept. The pool is huge with little nooks and crannies with waterfalls and small coves to relax in. It would never feel crowded even at full capacity. The breakfasts is also excellent with a variety of food and selections of eggs, pastries, fruit and decent coffee! I would also add that the free daily yoga every morning was an unexpected bonus and and Sonia, the yoga teacher, is fabulous. You can also do ice baths with her and sunset yoga.

The transport to the hillside rooms on the cable cars were a hassle and worked until a certain hour at night.

Location, facilities, atmosphere, it was just an amazing vacation! Pool was amazing!
