Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was cozy and comfy with sufficient hot shower. View of travertine and hot balloon from the room balcony. Location is 20min walking to pamukkale town entrance. There is city bus no 230 from Denizli city(opposite train station) direct to Pamukkale town, just 5min from hotel.

Really convenient to visit the Travertine/Hierapolis. Staff really welcoming/helpful. Breakfast was really good buffet, lots of choice. Good value for money

The location is excellent. 15 minute walk to travetines and main attractions in Pamukkale. Ample parking as well. Decent breakfast

The Breakfast Spread could have been better. Most items are served cold and less options on freshly made hot food. Tea Coffee also had just 2 options which I suggest can be added on variety. Would rate the Breakfast 7/10

Its a Boutique Hotel set in Prime Location. We had booked a Family Suite which was well furnished and had an amazing view from the window of the mountains. Early morning, one gets to witness the Hot Air balloons on top of the travertines and its a lovely sight.

Staff were not too friendly and not helpful in giving tips on the attractions and to organise a airport transfer. Rooms have thin walls so can easily hear other guests through the walls. Hotel is quite a distance to the town centre.

Lovely modern hotel with a great spacious room, a good breakfast selection, nice restaurant. Hotel organises a shuttle to take you to main Heirapolis and Travertines gate.

Great location, near the thermal hot springs, just 5 mins from the vehicle. Food was amazing as well, a huge spread for breakfast!

Some items were dodgy eg curtain rails unstable, plug points loose, old land line not working.

Close to the famous Cotton Castle hot pools terraces and the gorgeous Red Springs, located in a quiet area where we could enjoy the spunds of chirping birds and the famous 🐓 with 30 sec long crowing sounds! Hotel restaurant was good with tasty local cuisine. Good size rooms with balconies and nice views of the pool and the neighbourhood.

The furniture and curtain was a bit old and should be change. Also the side wall made from wood needs to be repair due to humidity.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Location is walking distance to the main tourist locations. Parking are huge for customers. The staff was very polite and welcoming. He gave lots of tips about the area to ensure we are safe from scammers etc.

The place was amazing !!! the staff was super helpful and assists you for the tours as well by providing free shuttle services. The food and room was also great and the location ins very convenient to nearby places. Overall i recommend this place and would give it a 10 !
