Everything was very good except the last night. Unfortunately, the hotel is not properly guarded at night. So, the last night was absolutely spoiled by some drunk guest who was extremely noisy, shouting load and slamming the doors. And noone has stopped him or calmed him down – I didn't feel safe that night.

A bit confusing to find it at first, with the ground floor of the building facing the street being a cafe and a massage place.

Lovely room with windows and balcony. In the middle of the An Thuong tourist area and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The young receptionist Tuyen was very helpful and efficient - and such a lovely smile.

Staff were quite rude when asked to help with things, I asked if they had an iron and just got bluntly told no and I had to claw out of them where I could get a shirt ironed. Entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant

The wifi wasn’t great and kept crashing. Although there was a tv none of the channels worked. The shower was a wet room style shower which covered the toilet which was a bit odd. There was a dog that stayed outside the hotel that I got bitten by on arrival. Although it was abandoned it was being looked after by the staff there but we still had to go get vaccinated because of this. I then was really cautious but the staff were amazing and if the dog was there when we tried to get in they would move it for us.

It was a clean and comfortable room with space for luggage. It had tea making facilities and a fridge. The staff were lovely and friendly and they provided water in the rooms everyday. There was good aircon.

Compared to other hotels in Da Nang in the same price point, this one is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean. The air-conditioner, the bathroom exhaust fan, the window sill and the blinds were very dirty. The floor wasn't good enough either. The window looked directly into another building and was covered in a decal so there was not much natural light. The wifi dropped out pretty regularly. The TV screen was damaged. The bathroom door was warped and couldn't close. And to top it off, a staff member entered my room without knocking one afternoon. They claimed it was a mistake, as their system said the room was supposed to be empty, which is probably true, but still not great.

The sheets and towels were clean. The location is pretty ideal if you want to be in the tourist area. The hotel was relatively quiet despite being on a busy crossroads. If they fixed the problems listed, then it could be a decent room.

The place was so cozy and good located so I extended my stay several times, the girls at the reception were amazingly friendly and helpful so highly recommend :)

Best place to stay in Da Nang. The staff is super helpful and cordial. 'Hien' was super helpful from day-1. We rented scooters from the hotel itself and also went for a hot stone massage session at the babylon spa which is situated in the hotel itself(highly rated, super professional staff). Would recommend 10/10 for the price tag it is coming at.

The room was ok, but not very clean... when checking out they asked us to wait while they checked the room, which seemed a bit rude... Do they imply we steal or trash the room.. strange... We did not wait as we were in a hurry... :D The front of the hotel is not as beautiful an in the Photos... It's all changed... They should update the photos...

The address listed on booking.com for this property was incorrect. This resulted in a very tired backpacker wandering around alone at night trying to find it. No help/answer from contact number.

This place was so disappointing I can’t even explain it. The staff were friendly and the room was large with great natural light. The aircon was cold and worked well. The bed was soft and clean. But spend your money elsewhere. This was the saddest hotel room I’ve had in all of Asia and the most expensive ($34AU p/n). For $19 a night you can get a whole apartment in Da Nang with a kitchen and washing machine, and it’s clean and doesn’t have a hole in the wall, yes, you read that right, a huge square foot hole straight in the wall to let the mosquitos, cock roaches and whatever else in. Oh and when you say on the toilet, the hotel next door could see you doing your business. when I asked them to cover it for me they could even cover the whole hole, just half of it. Save your money and go elsewhere. There’s far better places for HALF THE PRICE!

king sized room was just 2 single beds pushed together - so either me or my partner ended up slipping between the mattresses. Which although funny was a bit annoying,
