The building is old. For example, the doors are old, and sometimes when someone on the floor closes a door, everyone on that level can hear it.

The staff were amazing. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

Very good price. Good aircon. Good hot shower. Clean. Swimming pool was refreshing. It was near the old town and easy to walk there. Convenience store across the lane for soda, chips etc. Restaurants a few doors down. Staff were very friendly, both front desk and cleaning staff.

The location is inside the espace of Old Cty. It means it's relatively near to centrum. The hotel is ok for the price (about 0.5 mio)No elevator. It has no elevator, no breakfast (what is no problem in Hoi An or anywhere else in VN), but it gives bicycles for free

Spacious, clean, comfortable room with all the amenities you would need, great location, many excellent coffee shops and cafe's within meters of the hotel, Hoi An old town is an easy 15 minute walk, Hotel provides free coffee all day and free bicycles for exploring, and can help with any tour,, day trip and bookings you require, But the best thing about the hotel is the staff, all very professional, A special mention for Huyen, Tram and Sim, always smiling friendly and helpful, they make it a pleasure to stay, Thank you, I'll be back again soon,

Our window was to a wall, so we missed a view or any external light. The pool was unkept and not very inviting, so we didn't use it, which was a shame.

The hotel is less than 15 minutes walking from the old town, but the road is unpleasant due to the traffic. I didn't use the pool so I can't comment on it.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and clean enough, and there's a desk to use one's laptop. The aircon works well. They provide toiletries and drinking water. The wifi was okay. The hotel is less than 15 minutes walking from the old town, but the road is unpleasant due to the traffic. There's an old Hoianese house to visit just 100 meters away from the hotel. There's a cafe/bakery for breakfast just 200 meters on the right. The small street in front of the hotel is not noisy so it won't disturb your sleep. The price is very reasonable.

Very strong smell of damp/mould every time we walked into the room, so had the window open for the entirety of our stay to try and alleviate it. Pool area was small and cramped

Room was huge, as was the bathroom. Shower was separate so kept the rest of the room dry. Bed was comfy. Air con and wifi worked perfectly. The staff were really sweet and helpful. Location was fantastic. Towels and water replaced every day

Great location 8 min walk to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Very clean basic rooms perfect for a base to town or the beach as Grab taxis very cheap! Huyen was so helpful on reception and when we arrived at night she gave us all the tips and recommendations for our stay! Make sure you grab your morning coffee at family run Thi cafe opposite. Their coconut and salt iced coffee is so good! And Ban mi Queen is a 3 min walk for the famous sandwich.

Only two beds for pool (which we didnt use). Room looked into the back of a parking lot so couldn’t have window or blinds open when in room. This meant we shut the blinds and had light on all the time which would have preferred natural light. Beds a little hard. Doors are loud to lock and get in room. Plus can hear chatting and moment when people come in late.
