The jacuzzi had an unpleasant odor and the sauna had gaps in the roof which let the heat escape. The gym is quite limited. We stayed there for 4 nights but we only used the facilities once. Some of the cooked meat at the breakfast buffet was dry.

Excellent customer service, great location. Good buffet breakfast. Bonus points for afternoon tea and live music performance. Rooms are spacious and clean with exceptional room service. Steam room is excellent and nice rooftop view.

There's only 2 lifts so you can be waiting a little if it's busy but it's no real problem.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Japan town and the shopping area in district 1. Staff are friendly and attentive and the hotel is immaculate. The spa on the roof is a nice place to relax and enjoy some drinks with a nice view over the river of the kites being flown in an evening.

Room is not well sound proof. I woke up a few times in the night from other rooms flushing and closing doors.

Like most hotels in Ho Chi Minh, our room had no window and was a bit dark.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Location is great if you love Japanese food and massages (although some spas around the area looked a bit dodgy). Check in process was smooth and room was spacious. Special shout out to the concierge Hoang who was super helpful.

My friends and I we were very impressed with the stay, service quality too. Everything hits the spot, location are fantastic. Hotel staff, bell boy they are friendly, professional too! Huynh Tien, Ngoc Nhi, and many of them! The breakfast are great, as well as the afternoon tea, this was unexpected! I will come back to stay here!

The hotel was very lovely inside, and upon our midnight arrival due to a flight delay we were met with a wonderful honeymoon gift from the hotel! The staff were very often as helpful as possible and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The lighting in the bedroom was very low. very difficult to apply makeup or to shave. no full length mirror

It would've been nice to have a clock in the room. Additionally it would also be better if there was more than one international electrical outlets. The breakfast buffet was disappointing - not a large selection and not good quality either - eg. the coffee was terrible.

The room was spacious and the shower & bathroom were excellent. The air conditioning worked well as I was worried it might not be as cool but it was good. The staff are very attentive, particularly the bellboys as they made sure to flag down your Grab ride.
