Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI wish the steam room and sauna at the pool men change room were working. That would have been nice. We couldn't get it working when we were there.
We stayed at this hotel on a local's recommendation, and we had a wonderful stay. My uncle dropped his wallet in the lobby and they made the effort to return it to him after doing due diligence to make sure he is the rightful owner. A big thank you to Hoa and Linh. Breakfast was great, and there are a few good eateries within the hotel. Rooms and corridors were clean. There is a nice sunny pool on the 4th floor and a gym in the next building just 1min walk away. There's a convenience store across the road. Generally happy, and will stay here again. Another thing we like abt the hotel is its proximity to the airport. Less than 10min car ride. Easy to call a Grab (local uber) to anywhere. Never have to wait for more than 5min.

United KingdomThere were two restaurants inside the property but both were not operating. No gym in the facilities although it was suggested we had access to a gym in another facility down the road. The hotel was a bit old but served its purpose for the short stays into an out of the airport.
Airport transfer went well with no delays. Breakfast buffet was good but other restaurant facilities were limited to the outlet in the grounds which itself had a limited menu. The swimming pool was a decent size and not busy so could actually be used for swimming. Overall, good value for money

Excellent service by the front staff, facility staff. Quick and accurate outcomes. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor is one of the best in town. Fresh fish, meat, vegetable dishes. Great dimsums too. Reasonable price. Hotel location very close to the airport, so no need to worry about traffic when heading off to catch a plane.

VietnamSpa was not open, the sofa in our non smoking suite had cigarette burns. Gym is under equipped for a 5 star hotel.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty with lots of options. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a stones throw from the airport.

IndonesiaThe hotel should educate one lady who stand in front of the Restaurant. I remember asking kindly to refill water in my Tumbler, and there was a 'senior' lady stared at me and informed abruptly that the restaurant does not refill Tumbler. It's weird, because I refilled water for my Tumbler before. Never, in my experience, in any country, in a five star hotel, I cannot refill my Tumbler from the restaurant. She then told me to call room service in order to get bottled water. But the thing is, I don't want bottled water in plastic. She then suggested that I simply go to Reception and get some cold water from there. It was impolite, and I was offended.

IndonesiaWIFI could be better. TV could start using android TV, some other upgrade such as lighting arrangements could also be upgrade to better serve customer.
Building was well built, environment was up to standards, everything was 5 star standards. So, expect what you get when buying 5 star service hotels. :) Some of equipment was quite old fashioned and WIFI also goes on and off. But overall still within acceptable expectation.

Got charged for free water bottles and rude staff at the hotel, didn’t even help with the luggage when we checked in/out. We had to carry it ourselves.
